A scare

Back story: you and Ethan have been dating for a few months (4). You have gotten intimate and this happens.
"Emma please get in here" you yell from the bathroom you and Ethan share.
"What's wrong?" Emma says looking at your hands.
You are holding a positive pregnancy test.
"Please close the door and lock it. I don't want anybody to hear." I say.
Emma closes the door and locks it.
"Is it positive?" She asks sitting next to me.
I nod my head.
"Congrats n/a" she says.
"Thanks... I have no idea what Ethan's gonna say" I say looking down at the test.
"Well I won't say anything till you tell him." She says smiling at me.
"Thanks Emma. Do you think you could get Grayson out of the house for an hour or so?" I ask her.
"Most definitely. For you girl" she says.
I laugh. "Ok imma put this under the sink." I say "we better hurry or they are gonna wonder what's going on".
Me and Emma walk into the living room where Ethan and Grayson are sitting.
"Hey Grayson come with me we are going shopping" Emma says winking at me. I smile at her.
"Why don't we come with you?" Ethan says sitting up.
"No" me and Emma says.
"I don't feel good babe will you stay with me?" I say.
"Of course anything for you."' He says "let's get you in bed."
"Bye guys" Emma says walking out of the house with Grayson.
Me and Ethan go down the hall to our room.
"Ethan?" I say.
"Yes babe" he says sitting on the edge of the bed.
"I sit on his lap." I say. "I have something to tell you."
"What's wrong babe?" He says rubbing my back.
"Please don't freak out ok?" I say.
"Babe please just tell me" he says.
"Ok stay here" I say as I go into the bathroom and get the pregnancy test. "Close your eyes".
He closes his eyes and I walk over and hold my hand out.
"Ok open them" I say.
He looks at the test.
"Are you..." he says grabbing the test and looking at the positive sign. He looks up to me.
"Your pregnant?!?!?!?" He says shooked.
"Are you mad?" I say.
"No baby. I'm so happy. I'm gonna be a father." He says grabbing me by the waist and pulling me in top of him.
"I'm so glad ethan. I love you." I say kissing him.
"We will raise this child with so much love." He says.
"Agreed" I say.
"Should we tell Grayson?" Ethan says.
"I mean I kinda told Emma because I was freaking out but I told her not to say anything but you know her" I laugh.
"Let's go." Ethan says picking me up.
