. .
Then everything went silent.
"Lisa!"
My eyes snapped open.
"Hello? Earth to Lisa?" A hand waved in front of my face. My eyes widen when I saw the face of my former bestfriend, Kim Jisoo.
"J-Jisoo?" I stood up from my seat from utter shock. What the hell is she doing here?
Where are we in the first place?
Is this my previous school?
"You really need to stop inhaling chocolate milk. Look how crazy you seem." She rolled her eyes at me and I still looked at her quite shock.
Didn't I die? Wasn't I shot by a person just now? What the hell is happening?
"Lis, seriously cut it out. Stop looking crazy. It's embarrassing. Plus, we need to head inside the gym now for cheerleading try outs." Jisoo tossed me my bag and I caught it.
Cheerleading try outs? For what? I already had the tryouts 2 years ago...
I must be dreaming.
I was obviously supposed to die but I found myself in my previous school, with my ex-bestfriend who wasn't supposed to be talking to me, and I'm going for cheerleading try outs that I've already done 2 years ago.
Did I just...?
Haha... No way. I probably already lost my mind.
"Let's go, Lis." Jisoo impatiently called out for me but I stared at her in disbelief.
"Jisoo...what day is it today?" I asked, quite nervous of the answer she's about to say.
"It's July 16. Why?" She looked at me with a wondering look.
July 16. I could have sworn the day those loan sharks barged into our house was December 21, 2019.
"What year is it?" Now, I sounded like a complete fool. But I've got no choice. I have to confirm it.
She raised a brow. "It's 2017... Hey, are you really okay? You seem lost."
2017.
That's bullshit. 2017 was two years ago.
Did I fucking really went back to the past?
"Lisa. Are you not feeling well? Do you want to skip the tryouts?" Jisoo asked me worryingly. I stared at her, thinking if I should tell her of this discovery.
No. Don't be foolish, Lisa. No one will believe you.
"I..." The tryouts. The cheer squad. That's where all those nasty girls were. The ones who influenced me to bully the new girl. I was blinded by their praises so I kept following what they wanted. I never knew it would turned into such a despicable person.
