A girl named Lisa went to her own home. Today is All Souls Day so everyone might be busy including her family. But her family was not there so she decided to go somewhere else.
Its been three years she thought herself.
Lisa went to her old school. She stopped studying for three years. She missed her friends and decided to visit them. When she reached her destination, she saw some students being carefree. The school must be empty today but she realized that maybe they overtimed in their school since their teacher gave them a project.
The guard didn't inspect her though so it is easy for her to go inside. The students didn't care about her presence. She went to their old classroom. Memories started to flash in her brain. Painful and happy memories. She saw her classmates having fun. They are talking, joking and enjoying themselves. She felt a little envy.
She also saw her ex boyfriend, Ray, with her bestfriend Niel. They are in a relationship. Another painful memory went in her head. Her ex boyfriend cheated on her with his bestfriend. The wound is still fresh. She still feels the pain of betrayal. But there is no more she can do than to accept the fact that their relationship is not forever.
She didn't went near to her classmates. Instead, she went to the faculty. As the teacher opened the door, she quickly went in. Like the others, the faculty staffs didn't care for her presence. She looked at her professor. Another painful memory again. Her professor, Ryan, blackmailed her. He said that if she won't send nudes, she won't have grades. She will fail in his subject. Of course she didn't agree to this. So the consequence is a consequence. She failed her subject on him, making her parents disappointed with her.
She went out of the faculty and went to the canteen. There are less people here. She remembered her friends teasing and shipping each other even if it is a gayshit. She remembered her true friends. She remembered all their memories together. Somehow, she forgot the pain all along with her since she went into the school.
She suddenly turned to the door of their canteen because of the noise of the students. She saw her true friends, Lei, Mark, Jason and John. They were doing the old habits. Teasing and joking each other.
They have moved on already. And I am glad. Lisa once thought again.
She is sure that her friends won't see her so she left the school. She wants to go to other place so she would have enjoy her time. She went to a park. She saw children playing happily on the playground with their parents or caretakers. As she is wandering around the park, she saw her lover. They didn't make it to their relationship because of her selfishness. He was courting her back then. His name is Harry.
She remembered him stopping her from self harm since her boyfriend cheated on her with her bestfriend. Harry was a good friend. He is caring and understanding. He doesn't judge peopke he doesn't know. The only problem in him is that he isn't a humorous person. When he tries to joke, it would end up as an insult. Well, Harry is one of her happy memories.
If I hadn't done that, would I feel the love that I am longing for in him? Lisa asked herself.
