Chara went out of the room where the flowers were. A tiny flower sprouted beside them. "Chara. Why'd you have to? We were just starting to have fun."

"Rei. You freaking died because of them. Obviously I had to do something. Anyways. I don't know how I got here but I just hope that mother doesn't find me. Seriously. She'd be crying like heck knowing I'm alive." Chara said. "Anyways you're tiny now. What in the world happened."

"Chara? What are you talking about? Didn't you like the game?"

"That wasn't a game. Silly. That was life or death there. We can't just kill. 'Kill or be killed' no. I won't allow it. Not anymore. Rei." Chara said and stared at the flower. "What have you become?"

"Chara. No I can't do this. Chara. I'm not Rei." Flowey disappeared with a sad smile.

"Come back...." Chara called, her voice trailing off. It was worthless. Wasn't it? That was too short of time also.

Chara took a step forward muttering to herself, "no. Weather you are just flowey or truly asriel. I'll see you on the other side. Now. Time to go through the ruins."

Chara walked through the passageway to the next section. Two stairs and a heck ton more purple. "Mother's house if close. If I remember right," Chara mumbled to theirself and continued though. Trying every puzzle along the way until they reached a froggit who stared, scared.

"Human. Please. Show mercy. Don't fight."

Chara walked away, face, blank stare, towards the ground. This is when Frisk woke me up for the first time. I can do the rest. Hm. Wonder where mother's at.

Doing each puzzle. The ruins seemed lonely. Everyone scared it seemed. Chara wasn't technically human anymore but still. It shouldn't have to be like this. Eventually she reached Toriel's house and knocked on the door.

Toriel called from inside, "Hello? Oh wait the door's shut tight." Chara waited patiently, knowing that going through Toriel's house was the only way to get out of the ruins.

Toriel opened the door, her eyes were looking down. "How are you?" She looked up. "Ma-ma-my child. Please come in."

Chara took a step in and Toriel hugged them tight. "I've missed you so much. You left us worried sick."

Did she not realize that I had died? Or just doesn't care now that I'm back? Chara thought to herself and then interrupted Toriel. "Mother. I need to get through." Chara told Toriel and then looked at her mother's eyes, they were full of tears.

"Child. You know I can't bare to lose you again. Your father..."

"Killed 6 humans, taking their souls to try to destroy the barrier once and for all-"

  "H-how'd you?-"

"Mother. Much. Much has happened. Just. When the skeleton next knocks on the door to the ruins. Open it and run out. For me okay."

"Ah- Okay. For you my child. Just please be safe." Toriel let go of Chara. She didn't want Chara to go but knowing she was strong enough already and was able to come back she was able to say goodbye. Sort of. "Chara? Would you like some pie first? Maybe some chocolate as a side?"

Chara's eyes lit up. "Y-you still remembered. And have it. YES!" Chara raced to the kitchen and grabbed some chocolate bars. Toriel giggled.

"I knew you wouldn't leave that quickly if I offered that." Toriel smiled.

Chara took a second to think before eating what they couldn't carry. "Mmfmphm."

"I know you said you had to go. But you've been gone for so long now. It's harder to let you just go again. I-I understand you're strong enough to go out into the outer world but. I-I-" Toriel told Chara.

Chara finished with the chocolate she ate. "Then when you want you can come out of this place. There's literally a door downstairs you can open."

Toriel sighed. "Child. I don't know how you know this but it's a little dangerous to know so much." Chara's already gone.

Toriel ran down the stairs to the ruin's entrance/exit calling out for Chara. Going through the hall to the end where she found who seemed to be Chara. But the face was dark, one eye glowing and was holding a knife towards Toriel.

Hello. I think it'd be good to leave off here. Obviously you know I feel Chara's good so why would I do this *cough* That's better. Anyways. Author here. This chapter was supposed to be longer. I have the habit of making things too short but of course. This was purposely short. And plus. I could just be a part of the story. I think you'll just LOVE some things that come soon.

(Please don't plea for Tori to not die. I feel it's gonna happen at this point honestly.)
