Dear 12 year old me,
Get excited! You start becoming a woman today! Don't be scared though. Your body will go through changes but they aren't for the worst. It's all for the good. It's time for you to become a big girl. You might be only twelve but you are stronger than any other twelve year old girl I know!
Things will become better. Periods are a pain in the butt and will mess up your hormones. You will get boobs and boys will start looking. But if they ask for anything you tell them no! That is for your special someone. Don't let him touch where you don't want to be touched and don't let anyone push you into it. You are a strong girl, but they shouldn't be tested.
