Notice (Edited) : so this is the old version of millia (mill-e-uh). What I mean is that millia will be a human just with rare powers. She will have teleportion, dark magic, and the ability to turn into a black cat fueled by black magic. She will have angel wings. She will also have a weapon that will compliment her powers and skills.
This has to be my favorite milla drawing rn. There will probably be others that i like more but rn this is the bomb.com like she is so cute to me. anyway gtg bye
