Chapter 4: Nouvelle vie

       

            I was literally rushing myself to the board of directors meeting in my office , while rushing there I saw Giselle , i couldn't saw a 'hi' due to me rushing . In the meeting , I couldn't concentrate on the new programme which costs millions of dollars. When I was questioned on the topic by one of our important director Mr.Menty , I didn't answer and stared at Linda to take my speech which created a bad impression on me.

         After the meeting , Mr.Lashy came to me saying that I might also be dismissed due to my behaviour in the meeting and also said that my uncle's  daughter ( i.e, Giselle) was waiting in my office to give her my uncle's position,  as one of the main directors .I doubted to give her the position because she was no good even as an actress and as a daughter. The only thing that she had now was all her looks which is necessary to fool around people for getting their money in her hand.

                I asked Linda to make Giselle meet me the next day as I was in my own thoughts to not let her into the company as her family is now bankrupt and all they have now is no shares but debt for millions of dollars.

Do you think you would allow  such a person with nothing to become a shareholder ?I definitely don't think so.

         The next morning , I met the chairwoman to talk about Giselle and for the first time she said that I said the correct thing to deal with her. #first award by the chairwoman.

            Later that day , Giselle came to my office at 3 PM . 'Hello , Giselle it's been quite some time that I've had seen you. I heard that you were ..ummm that's not nice' , that was me rehearsing before letting Giselle to have a speech with me. Linda entered and informed that Giselle needs to speak with me and I asked to let her in.

'Hi Giselle, I talked with literally everyone and guess what I wanted to give you , just guess the position'-me

   'Stop kidding ,I want my dad's position. '- Giselle

'Ok fine , I am giving you your position as to work as an employee in the script team that you have been working with an rude attitude for 4 years of your experience '

'No way , your kidding me ,aren't you?'- Giselle

      I threw the employee document right before her and said her to sign it but she refused to do and all I was said to do is to threaten her to bring into her miserable life.

            'Your dad took 40 million dollars from the company before you all flew to America. He didn't pay me back my money and guess what ,if you are not going to work as my employee , a bunch of loan sharks will be in front of our house and I can cease your house too ,the only property that our precious actress has or had'-me

             She stared at me and didn't consider anything .At that time her phone began to ring and she really got nervous and signed the document that contained a set of rules especially made for her. She never saw the rules and signed without checking the document.

       The next day , she came to the office  where she covered herself with sun glasses and a scarf  covering her head. As it was her first day in a new environment, I made sure to make a visit . I came to her office before she could and when she entered , I got scared that a thief had entered the place. I asked her to remove it .She wore clothes like an casual worker but in the contract I mentioned that she had to wear : a blazer , a shirt , a small skirt or shorts , heels and not shoes matching the outfit.

         I made her wear our receptionist's clothes and made her stand in the lobby the entire day , the people around that area took pictures of her saying that she ended up living a lowly life . In the evening she couldn't stand next to the desk as she  wore high heels and took rest at the smoking area.

          When my meeting had ended , I often visited the smoking area to smoke some cigarettes , I saw Giselle sitting there to relax ,I didn't want to disturb her peace . I started getting a love zone created for her since my business trip to Paris but didn't show it since I was told so.

           At the end of the day when everybody left the office , she entered the office to get her bag and changed into her clothes . When she came out of the office and stood outside near the parking lot to take her luxurious car home. That night , I went to her house because I felt she took a part of me home with her.

        I rang the door bell , she opened her door and welcomed me in. I saw that she wore her tracksuit and had bandages on her feet . She asked me whether I wanted to eat and I agreed to it.
'So, tell me why did you come here ? I thought you hated my house so much after my dad shouted at you when you were a kid?'
   'Yes , I hated it back then but I just came to say you that I am ......in ♡ with you'.
  

Any guesses before the drama ends ?
Don't you think Josh is creating a trap for Giselle ? Is it love or is it revenge?
