You heard another knock. You had not stopped your game of peering through the peephole every time you answered the door.
You threw it open. You knew you looked like you'd been crying for hours, as your eyes were red and bloodshot.
You sighed and said a depressed sounding, "Hi."
Grim's eyes were sympathetic and filled with tears.
"Oh, Y/N! What happened?" He asked, tackling you in a hug.
"Oh, would you calm down?" You groaned. Grim backed up a little.
"I'm sorry, Grim. I'm so upset and mad about something." He flapped his wings softly.
"It's okay, I probably shouldn't have done that." Grim replied.
He sat down next to you and you told him everything.

"Y/N, that's so terrible! I'm so sorry that had to happen to you," Grim said.
"Doesn't it happen to everyone?" You responded coldly.
"Well, you're at rock bottom. That means it has nowhere to go but up!" You thought about that for a little while. It lightened your mood.
"True, true."
"If there's anything you've taught me in my entire dragon life knowing you, Y/N, it's that if you keep your chin up, everything will be okay. So, follow your advice!"
Grim left the house soon after.
In sudden realization, your jaw dropped and your eyes widened.
"I have a crush on Grim!"
