All the bookshelves in the bunker had been emptied. Not one cassette tape had been left unheard. All the file cabinets and boxes had been rummaged through . All these items shifted and moved. Not a single item left in its place.

"Hey Sam, you know there's a famous Bollywood quote that says 'If you really want something, the whole universe works towards you getting it.' Well I guess it doesn't just take want but also two nerds," smiled the Asian boy who still can't understand that he's prophet but knows the world needs saving, and the Winchesters can save it.

"Kevin, what do you mean?" replied an unamoosed Sam.

Kevin lifted the book he was reading and shoved it in Sam's face to show him his discovery. They had been researching for weeks now. Cass had gone missing and, Sam thought that he may be in heaven figuring out how to save Dean.

"See this, this mark." He pointed to the page. "This is the mark Dean has. 'The Mark of Cain.' But, look at the imagery drawn after, it's as if the mark is transferring into whatever this dark cloud is supposed to be."

"A dark cloud, the mark of Cain?" Thought Sam aloud. He started shuffling through the books he had already read. Suddenly he heard Kevin yell out.

"Sam, duck!" Kevin was looking past Sam and grabbing an angel blade. Seeing this action, Sam dropped to the group forcing the pressure to slide him close to Kevin.

"Looks like the Winchester and his friend were having a study-date. Sorry to interrupt" chuckle the man that now stood before Sam and Kevin.

His eyes flashed black and the boys held their knives up. "Oh come on, boys, no need to be so hostile. The kind wants information and we're gonna get it to him." The boys looked around to see four more demons encircling them.

"Information? What kind of information would Dean want? He obviously doesn't wanna come back." Sam said, tilting his head slightly.

"You obviously must have gotten word from your feathery friend, about a surge of ancient energy on earth." Replied the demon that had snuck on Sam.

'If something like this is happening Cas would've come to tell us right away. But where is he now? It's been nearly a week.' Thought Sam. Ignoring his nagging thoughts Sam quick nodded to Kevin as he lunged at the demon that stood before them.

Sam and Kevin fought off the demons until the bunker was cleared. Dodging as much as possible to avoid critical hits.

I'm not even gonna give an excuse for not updating in so long. I was not mentally able to continue this book. But not I want to and I shall try to complete it as quickly as I can.
