Chapter 11

*Ashley’s POV*

Calum: Don’t worry about me. Go have fun with Luke.

What am I going to do? Tell the boys so they know what’s going on? Yeah. That’s what I’m going to do.

“I know what’s wrong with Calum…”

When I said that everyone looked up from their phones. “What is it?” Michael said.

“Well… Yesterday Calum told me that he is in love with me… But I told him that I don’t feel the same way and that we can’t be together because of dad. And now that I told you that me and Luke are dating he looked hurt and just ran out…” I said looking at the ground.

Ashton got up and hugged me. “It’s not your fault. Let’s go find him” he said.

I nodded and we went looking for Calum. I went with Luke. Suddenly I remembered something.

“I think I know where Calum is” I said to Luke.

“WHERE?!”

I saw him once sitting by a lake. Maybe he is there. I told Luke the directions to the lake and yes… There was Calum.

“Calum?”

“Go away. Like I said. Go have fun with Luke!” he yelled.

“No! Calum come with me! We’re all worried about you! So come on!”

I looked behind me and saw that Luke was calling everyone that we found Calum.

“No” Calum said.

“Don’t be so stubborn and come with me”

“No!” he said again. Ugh Calummmm.

I sat next to him and said nothing. A minute later I spoke. “Why?”

“It hurts that you can’t be with me… It hurts that you don’t feel the same way…”

“I’m really sorry. I just want to be friends. I love Luke. You have to accept that sooner or later..”

“I know”

“Now let’s go”

Luke stayed in the car because he knew that I had to talk to Calum.

Calum followed me and got in the car. I got in the back seat. The car ride was silent. When we got home everyone was there. Calum said nothing and he just went to his room.

Everyone decided we had to leave him alone for now. “I WANNA WATCH A MOVIEEE!” I yelled out of nowhere. “Which one?” Uncle Harry said. “The Proposal”

“Alright” Uncle Harry got up and put the dvd in. Uncle Liam, uncle Zayn, Uncle Niall and Luke sat on a couch. I decided to lay on them. (Not in a wrong way) My head layed on Luke’s lap and my feet where at Uncle Liam’s lap.

“I see you made yourself comfortable…” Uncle Niall said looking at me.

“Yes. Yes I did. Is that a problem?” “Ofcourse not!”

We continued watching the movie. Halfway the movie Calum came down. He walked to the table and paused the movie.

“I’m sorry for running away… Forgive me?” he said.

“Ofcourse we forgive you but don’t do it again!” Uncle Liam said and he got up. Because that he pushed my legs/feet away in one move I fell off of the couch made of boys. “Ow!” I said as I lay on the ground.

“Oh my god Ashley are you okay?? I’M SO SO SORRY!” he ran to me and gave me a hug.

“Yeah, yeah everything is just fine now let go” I said as he still hugged me.

“I said let me go!” I tried to push him away.

“Uncle Niall help!”

“No”

“Please?”

“No”

“Please?”

“No”

“I hate you”

“I love you too” he laughed.

After 3 minutes Uncle Liam finally let me go.

“Thank you for almost murder me”

“No problem”

Mom and dad just laughed at me.

“What’s so funny?” I asked them.

“Your personality” Mom said.

“Well then… Can we just finish the movieee?”

“Sure”

I sat on Luke’s lap because I don’t trust it anymore to lay down. Once the movie was over I was tired. “I go to bed” I said yawning “Me too. Let me carry you” Luke said. “Luke. I have legs!”  I got up and hugged mom and dad and gave them a kiss on the cheek. “Goodnight” “Goodnight sweetie” Mom and dad said at the same time.

I was walking towards the stairs when I got picked up bridal style and I looked up and it was Luke. “Luuuuukkeeee I said I have legs so let me walk!” “No” “Okay then”

I changed in my dark blue pyjama with a penguin on the shirt that said ‘I’m lazy!’ and little penguins on the bottom. I got into the bathroom and put my hair in a messy bun. When I came into my room I saw Luke in my bed.

“Uhm Luke? This is my room…”

“I know! But I want to cuddle!”

I got in bed and Luke put me in is arms. It felt warm and safe. I fell into a deep sleep.
