Y/N ventured to the same café each morning before work, making sure to get there just as the doors opened.

There she would hide herself away in the same corner table, journal open and fountain pen poised. The smell of freshly ground Arabica coffee would soon awaken and entice her senses, Melody her favourite barista knew her order and the two shared an understanding.
