Both lived in two completly different worlds. Both feeling this void in their chest that could not be filled. Both on the edge of breaking.

One of them, the girl. At the moment too high to feel anything but goofy. Laughing at anything and everything with her so called friends. The benifit of being popular. A life so fake she drowns in it.

The other one, the boy. Life to real. Too serious to waste it on drugs and alcohol. Drowning the emplyness away with physical pain. Cutting, punching a few mirrors and fights no one sees.

Best friends sence little, however the void of something missing grew bigger as time passed and they slipped away. Pulled two different directions. One following her parents fotsteps. Party, drugs, alcohol. Anything to make her life a fantasy. A life better then this one. The other one, left alone. Wanting nothing more then a real life. Find real happieness. Not make something up for the night and the next day sit on the bathroom floor feeling sick.

They meet for the first time when they were about 7, a boy with black eye and a broken arm cried with his big tedybear who covered most of this face, in the corner of the waiting room. The girl saw his pain, no one else noticed the boy crying.
"What is it's name?"
She asked the boy. He looked at her with red eyes, quiet snobs and asked confused,
"What?"
"The bear. What is it's name?"
The boy was quiet for a while and then shook his head. He had not given the bear a name. The girl, understod his silence.
"I think her name should be Blue"
"Her?"
She nodded. That was when their friendship started. They waited together in the waiting room, both holding one paw off the bear named Blue. Both waiting to know what will happen next. Will the socialworkers take them to foster care or where would they end up?

Both feeling hopeless, empty. Yet to high or to good of an actor for anyone else to notice. You yourself have to be broken to find the others that are just as lost.

Time passed and they stopped seeing eachother, why? That is a good question, they both got more lonely then ever when they did. However Blue was still in his room. At the end off his bed. Like it had been sence the day they meet. He took her up and hugged her. Blue still smelled strawberries, just like the girl did.

The girl walked by a toy shop in the middle of the night. A beer bottle in her left hand and her heals in her right, walking like a drunk pingvin. She stopped and looked at the tedy bear in the window. No matter how drunk she was she still remembered the name Blue.
