Chapter 4

So I went up to my room. But my stuff down. I went and took a quick shower and put on my pj's. I went on my phone and looked at the time. Its 7:42pm. I unlocked my iphone and listened to Jack and Jack's song "Paradise" and grabbed my journal and started writing. i always love to write in my free time. Cuz I could just express myself on paper. And i write all my thoughts in this notebook.

All of a sudden, I hear a knock on my window. I got up from my bed and i saw cameron. I opened my window.

"What are you doing here?" i said

"I just wanted to make sure you were ok"

"Well I am. Im perfectly fine" I said in a rude way

"What's your problem?"

"What's my problem? Did I ask you to beat up my ex?"

"Well no, bu-"

"What Cameron?! What?" I said loudly

"But he deserved it"

"But still Cameron, you dont always have to defend me and you dont always have to help me with everything"

"Well, I do Leah. Cuz I care about you. Im your best friend"

"Yeah, JUST my best friend, but dont act like your boyfriend"

"Now get out!"I shouted

"Le-"

"GET OUT!"

"LEAH STOP!"

I started to cry. I never seen Cameron shout at me like that.

"Oh no Leah. Im so sorry" he said running towards me.

He wrapped his arms around me and i put my head on his chest

"Im so sorry Leah, I didnt mean to hurt you. Its just that I care so much about you, that i get over protective"

"Its ok" I said. And I stopped crying. And i wipped my tears away

"So what did you do today?" He asks

Oh no. I dont wanna tell him that I hang out with Shawn today. What do I say??

"Uh.. I just walked around the park, thats all"

"Oh,so you were just walking around by yourself?"

"mhm"

"Oh ok, well see you tomorrow"

"Wait, Cam!"

"What happen"

"Did you get in trouble for beating up josh?" I said nervously

"Yeah, I did."

"And.. what happened?"

"I..I got suspended"

"YOU WHAT?!?"

"Yeah"

"But- the- im not gonna see you at school for-"

" one month.."

"...A WHOLE MONTH"

"yeah.."

I froze . Just literally frozen.

i finally said..

"then... im gonna have to find a way to get suspended too"

"WHAT!?"

"yeah"

"Leah. No!"

"C'mon Cam, i cant be at school if your not there"

"ugh, ok fine. but just this once"

"YAY!"

"But wait.."

"what?"

"How should i get suspended? never been suspended before"

" I think i got the perfect plan" Cameron said

and i just smiled

Cameron told me everything. He has a friend as a girl that goes to our school. And shes an actor. All i have to do is fake fight with her and i get suspensed. This is the perfect plan.

August 30th

"you sure this is gonna work?"

"yeah, its totally gonna work" cameron says

"ok, shes right there now stick to the plan"

Cameron friend winked

"Cam, she winked"

"Well thats the signal. Now go"

I nodded and went to her and said

"HEY! YOU BE TALKING BEHIND MY BACK?!"

"No. Girl what are you talking about?"

"YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT"

"no i do-"

Then I faked punched her, just how i practiced and we kicked and punch until the principal comes and separates us

"wo wo wo! Whats going on here!?" the principal says

"Well this b*tch started it!" Cams friend said

"No its this **** who started it!

"You two. my office. NOW!"

"Now which one of you started it?!?"

"Ok, it was me"

"I cant believe it Leah"

"I cant believe im saying this but.. You are suspended. For a month"

"really?!? Aww" I tried to fake it

Omg. But i cant believe that plan actually worked

"NOW GET OUT OF MY OFFICE!"

"Yes sir" I said

and i ran outside. I saw cameron and i ran and jumped on him and wrapped my legs around his waist and gave him a big hug.

"so..?"

"what?" i said

"omg Leah dont act like such a dumb*** did the plan work?"

"oh yeah.. It did!!"

"omg yass"

"OK"

"can i go home now and take a nap, im very tired"i said

"ok fine, and we hang out tomorrow?"

"yes"

"ok"

we got into camerons car and drove to my house. When we got there, i went straight home and waved bye to cam and went in. Right after, Dad was right infront of me.

"Why are you always with that kid?"

"Um.. cuz hes my friend"

"dont you have other friends"

"no dad"

"Why, cuz no one likes you at school and you a loner"

I started to cry and i went up the stairs while my dad started to follow me.

"im telling you, you are a loner and a little *****"

"JUST LEAVE ME ALONE DAD!"

i shut the door behind me and locked it and grabbed my luggage out of my closet and packed all my clothes and put the rest of my things in my backpack. and i put my backpack straps on my shoulders with my purse and grabbed my luggage. I unlocked the door from my room and went out through the window. So i ran straight to Cam's house. And I just remembered he lived with that Nash kid and another dude named Hayes but i dont care.

When i got there i knocked on the door and i noticed cameron was the one that opened the door.

"Leah. What are you doing here?"
