The Lunar Eclipse last night was amazing! They said that we won't have another one like that until 2022. So I made sure to take pictures of it :).

This one was a picture from outside when the moon was on the earths shadow completely. The other pictures were taken inside through a window so that's why it has glare. For those who don't know the difference from a lunar eclipse and a solar eclipse, a lunar eclipse is when the earth comes between the moon and the sun blocking the suns light from the moon. The reason why it usually turns red is because the suns light will peek on the edges of the earth creating a sunset or sunrise effect.

A solar eclipse is when the moon goes between the sun and the earth, making the moon cover the sun.
