Flo's POV
I went inside the house, Mom was in the kitchen, I hugged and kissed her before going upstairs to China's room. She was laying across her bed with her phone in her hand smiling, she didn't even notice I walked in her room. I walked over to her and yanked the phone out of her hand and saw the person who she was talking to."Jaye💕".She sprang from off of the bed and snatched her phone out of my hand, "Who's Jaye?" I said raising my eyebrow "You are one nosy bitch" she spat "And he's just a nigga I talk too" she said plopping back on her bed. This lil girl is mad disrepectful I had to keep my cool before I popped her neck. "Where did you meet him?" I said "At school duhh" she rolled her eyes. "Whats his last name?" "Damn is this 20 questions Flo?" she yelled "Just answer my fucking question lil girl you are really trying me" I shouted she sucked her teeth "Jaye Hanna" When she said his name I immediately knew who he was, he's in my grade and in a few classes of mines, he's nothing but a player. "Stop talking to him" I simply said "Why" she said looking confused "He's a player, he only wants to get in your pants China" I told her truthfully "I'm a smart girl I can handle myself Flo" she said dryly. Knowing China she ain't gone listen to me her ass to stubborn "China I don't want you to get hurt ,so please don't let this nigga play you okay?" I told her, she sighed "Okay whatever. I walked to my room, changed out of my clothes and layed down. I was scrolling through instagram when my phone vibrated, it was a text from Banko.
Banko - "Hey beautiful, you miss me yet?"
Me- I smiled "A little"
Banko- "Ha I miss those lips, I need to get a better taste"
Me- I bit my lip "Whenever your ready"
Banko- "Lol iight bae, Wyd?"
I spent the rest of the night texting Banko, before I told him "goodnight" and fell asleep.
I woke up the next morning with a text from Banko saying "Good Morning Beautiful Imma pick you up for school, be ready at 8:30 " I smiled super wide and looked at the clock, it was 7:15. I immediately got up and hopped in the shower, I got out after 15minutes and threw on my bra and underwear. I went in my walk in closet and picked out a half cut beige top and a lace skater skirt along with my beige wedges I placed them on the bed and headed to my vanity mirror and began applying my makeup, I simply did a winged tip eye and apply mascara along with red lipstick, I then attacked my dreads which was a mess, I decided to put it in a bun on top of my head and left some down something I don't do often. After I was done I went over to my clothes and put them on along with my shoes I checked my phone it was 8:03. I grabbed my gold necklace and earrings and put them on before I went downstairs. Mom was in her usually spot, in the kitchen and China was still in her room. I sat down at the table and my mom joined me "You look nice" she said smiling "Thanks" I said returning the smile "Who is the lucky boy?" she said I choked alittle on my orange juice "What boy mom?" I asked blushing a little "Well you look extra pretty today you must be trying to impress someone" she said smirking I laughed "I'm actually catching a ride with Banko to school, we just friends tho" I said smiling "Hmmm" she hummed before turning her attention to China who was making her way downstairs. Mom eyes grew wide and so did mines, China looked gorgeous but for what? I thought then I remembered "Jaye" I rolled my eyes at the thought. I studied her as she made her way to the table see was wearing a black sleeveless dress that was tight af and complimented her breast and ass too well with cherries all over, with black flats, her makeup was flawless she had gold smokey eye shadow on her eyes and red lipstick with a dark blush that made her face structure show more beautiful. My Little sister was looking too fine and too grown. "You looking at me like I'm Beyonce or something" she smirked "China, you look gorgeous baby" my mom said "Thanks mom" she cheesed I scoffed "Jealous much?" she raised her eyebrows I rolled my eyes "Your dress is to tight" I said "And Your mad" she shot back with attitude. I was about to tell her fast little ass something but I heard a car horn, I got up kissed mom goodbye rolled my eyes at China and left. I made my way to Banko's car he got out and opened the passenger door for me I smiled said "Thank you" and got in, he jogged over to his side and got in, "Damn you look good" he said shooting me a to die for smile, I shifted uncomfortable feeling myself heat up from his compliment "Thank you" I blushed. He started the car and we drove to the Hell hole that is WestBrooke High. The whole ride we was talking and laughing, Banko is actually a really sweet nigga. We pulled up to the school and got out, we was walking when I felt Banko intertwine his fingers with mines which sent a shock through my body. I looked at him and he looked at me as we made our way in school he smiled at me and I smiled back. We was walking down the hall all eyes were on us, I bet these nosy ass people think we a couple, but I don't blame them the way me and Banko kept looking at each other and smiling made it seem like we were something. I spotted Cody with his niggas and few girls, he was mugging me hard I just smiled at him and kept it moving. Banko walked me to class and gave me a peck on the lips I went to my seat feeling like I was on cloud nine. Today is going to be good I thought to myself.
