After Tori sent for some of her things, I had Rob move in with me temporarily til Tori came back or we got our own place.
"So what do you want to do today?" I ask Robert laying on the couch as he plays on his phone.
"I was planning on recording a bit in a hour then editing will take sometime."
"Okay...do you wanna go to Dave and buster's after you're done?"
"Sure babygirl," he says getting up to go turn on his computer.
"Can I join you for a video? I know I'm not the most social with games but we could spend more time together." I plead
"I rather not, because I dont want this to consume your life too, and I feel like some fans may be negative toward you."
He kisses my forehead and walks to the kitchen for some water.
"I can handle it, I can handle the haters" I jokingly play off.
"Alright, but we will need to make you a minecraft account."
I nod my head and pull out my debit card while logging onto the website.
"So what should my username be?" I say cluelessly
"How about meowless since I am woofless."
"Sounds a bit clique but i like it." I try entering it but it was already taken.
"Awe, it is already taken"
"How about clueless" he says laughing.
I enter it and it accepts it. "I guess I am clueless now." I laugh
Rob walks over and hands me a bottle of water and has me log onto discord while he loads up his game.
"Originally I was going to do feed the beast but since you dont have the mods we can do a survival series."
"Good because I dont know how to play, I think your fans will like to see me die alot." I halfheartedly believe.
After setting everything up, we start recording, I probably died like twenty times without batting an eye, from skeletons to drowning. Let's just say I was the biggest newbie he ever played with.
Taking a deep sigh, Rob ends the recording and gives me a few words of encouragement.
"Thanks honey but I dont think I want to record on a daily basis. "
"You may change your mind later after you read the comments in the morning." He says having confidence in his fans.
"Sure, okay. Whatever you say hon."
As my stomach growls, Rob glances over at me. "Hungry?"
"Only a little."
"Let me edit this and we can go get something." He says lost in his monitor
"Mhm," I have a hard time believing it will be quick because last time took 3 hours.
Grabbing a piece of cold pizza out of the fridge I sneak a peak at his edits.
"My skin is so basic" i say after seeing the common Steve skin on my character.
"We can make you one in time for the next vid." He grins
"If I do another vid." Seeming pessimistic
"You'll feel different when you seeing to love of the fan base. I've had a few days where I was questioning if it was worth it, but the fans are like another family."
I read a few comments before and they seem like nice people but I feel like a majority of them are preteens finding a successful youtuber cute.
"I believe you. I love you, I am going to change into something cute for our date." I say walking away.
"I'll yell for you when I finish up."
