Once upon a road trip there was a singer, who just started his tour all around England and Ireland.
Brown curly locks, green eyes and dimples you could get lost in, Harry Styles became a rising star in England. Especially in his hometown Holmes Chapel, everybody knew him and would love to hear him play on his small gigs he held in the local pub.
Also outside Holmes Chapel, Harry was a popular artist for gigs in small pubs.
Harry always loved singing and from the first moment he could remember, he wanted to sing in front of people. Practicing in his bathroom, Harry thought it would be great to hear what the people on the street and in different cities had to tell about him.
Harry was starting his tour in The Old Red Lion.
Greeted by barman Joe Sugg, Harry walked to the back of the pub and placed his bag on the small table. Immediately he searched for the leaflets he brought with him to leave behind in the pub after his gig. In every city and every pub he performed Harry left some of his leaflets with his number on it. Searching for some band mates since it always was his biggest dream to be in a band but also Harry was searching for some company during the travelling from city to city.
Making himself ready, Harry knew this gig would be 45 minutes. Just one of the performances to get used to touring again. All of a sudden he heard Joe talking to the crowd.
‘Tonight a new star is here with us to perform, give it up for Harry Styles!’ Joe yells through the small pub.
Harry knows this is the moment, grabs his guitar and walks on stage towards the small bar stool. Sitting down his nerves are kicking in and he start to tune his guitar. Playing a little Harry knows this is what he always wanted to do; sing and perform in front of people.
He feels his nerves getting away when he goes through his imaginary set list of his own songs but also a few covers of Coldplay and Elvis Presley.
45 minutes later his gig is over and Harry walks off stage relieved while the crowd goes wild. By the cheering of the crowd, Harry always know he did a decent job but he still hopes to find that somebody who wants to join him on his tour.
Harry made himself ready to get in his tour bus again. Thanking Joe on his way out he left the leaflets and walked out the small pub where it all started with an open mic night when he was just 16.
For now he kicked off his tour with a great success.
