Dear Diary,
I am actually happy with the BIG decision I made exactly 2 years ago. I never thought I'd say this, but yes, I'm actually proud I did it, many would have thought I wouldn't be alive to this day, but I am. You know why? It's because it was the small decisions I made, the small decision which actually hade a huge gift at the ending of it. If I would have made one wrong turn, I'd be in a dark hole 6 feet under the ground walking through life and hoping that I should have just walked the other way. Yes, I'm not going to lie, it was one heck of a roller coaster ride, it wasn't easy. The pain I suffered, the pain I saw her suffer in. The crimson liquid stains that never went away. The scars from a tool used for human's friends. None of the decisions I made were regretted afterwards. God had made a plan for me, a fate I'd be happy about. All the burden was worth it. That's when I met your and my best friend. The dearest member of our family. And I'm proud that I was the one to change her, remove the pain within her which was stabbing her like a knife. Who knew your coward of a walid*, would have survived this nightmare? You may call it a nightmare, I'll call it a dream.
*walid means father in Arabic.
