It definitely wasn't his lucky day. He didn't wake up on time - his alarm clock did not go off - because SOMEONE had had to ACCIDENTALLY turn it off. He wondered how in holy hell, had that flea broken into his flat, only to turn off his alarm. Then he had trouble finding a fitting suitcase, in which he could pack his belongings. In a rush, he also forgot to eat breakfast, which meant he would have to beg someone for food later. The moment he run out of the house, it started to rain. Of course he did not have a waterproof coat on him. When he finally made it to the meeting spot- a bus route near school -he noticed his classmates thankfully hadn't departed yet. Alas for him, it was the only positive event for him that day.

Despite rain drops slowly covering certain brunet's shoulders (which were protected only by a thin, black hoodie) and a fairly low temperature, he wasn't cold. He was smiling under his breath, seeing his pretty little beast already having a bad mood. He was glad, he was given the opportunity to play with his toy for a whole week. Remebering words of younger than himself but rather sharp- Akunawaru Chie, he wondered how had she known he wanted to sit with the blond, with a purpose of annoying him during the ride. On second thought, she might have had. partnered him with Shinra, who had tried to pick up a conversetion but had been succesfully ingnored by the brunet. However, she did notice his discreet stare the day before, so she must be smarter than he originally thought.

Yes. Akunawaru Chie certainly was a somewhat prodigy. However, no one could have suspected her for the wicked plans, which were roaming inside her head. Smiling from ear to ear, she walked around the group of students. Finally, after some time the teachers in charge of both classes showed up. They gave them some kind of a speech, which Chie totally ignored. She was waiting for the moment, when she would hand out papers with assigned bus seats on them. The teachers probably didn't pay her any attention, anyway. They had unbound trust in such a responsible student.

Finally, the time came. But she wasn't curious to see every reaction the students gave, she was only interested in two of them. Whereas she saw sparks of joy in the brunet's eyes, a malicious smile on his face, the exaggeratedly strong blond wasn't very contented, his face showing shock and irritation. The girl was happy with the reactions she aroused. She didn't have to look at the rest of the students. She knew everyone was more or less satisfied.

Shizuo mindlessly started at the piece of paper. After a moment of confusion he crushed it, ripped it and finally trampled it. The only thing he remebered from it was that he would be sitting next to Izaya and that Akunawaru Chie had been the one to make the choice. Usually, he paid no attention to girls's names, he viewed them all the same way - dolls with too much makeup, smiling at every handsome guy, while having void instead of brains - Even if this young representative of the opposite gender was different, she will pay for arranging him the torture Izaya was, he thought to himself.

Amused Chie waited for the blond, who was coming her way, the brunet following. The difference was that Izaya wanted to politely say thank you, not shred her to pieces.

"What is the fucking meaning of this?!" Shizuo growled, stopping before the girl.

"You know..." she started, noticing the brunet was close enough to eavesdrop but remain unnocticed by the brute "in my opinion you and Iza-chan would make a great couple together. Supposedly you hate each other but I think it's love..." she forced herself not to laugh at the stupid faces they gave her.
