Say Hello to my New Oc, Mad Meg. As you probably can tell she was inspired by Harley Quinn from Batman the animated series . She has similar personality to Harley's more MORE CRAZY, and she can be seductive towards her boyfriend, Spade. Her background is some what of a mystery, the only bit of information on her was that she was anasylum patient and her name, Megan Viloet, was given to her by the doctors while her nickname, Mad Meg, was given by the inmates there. She met her boyfriend when she was causing trouble at his casino and once they both made eye contact they both instantly fell in love. They became the world's most DEADLIEST Couple and their relationship was more insane then Joker and Harley's but without the abuse. Here's a picture of the lovely couple
