I looked across the room at the still being leaning over the couch, and the dead body. I opened my mouth to say something to the creature, but he caught my lips before I could say anything.

The kiss was long. On his part, it tasted of full alertness. I could sense the fear of him losing me tingle down his spine. We both knew what was to happen next.

"Ares, don't leave me today," I begged him.

He looked at me for a while. A smirk grew across his face and his arms grew stronger around me. He lifted me up with ease and eased his lips to mine. I couldn't tell where we were going, until I was lowered onto a bed. He kissed me with passion as I feel into an oblivion filled with pleasure.
