"Gotta wait a little bit I guess" He says to the man lying on the hard bed unconscious from the medicine he was given before
He held a scalpel tightly in his right hand as he walks over to the tray to put it back..
He walks over to tray but shortly after he takes his first steps he falls forward and plunges the scalpel into the patients chest sliding the small knife down the mans chest

The patients chest split open blood pouring out of the large wound
Yan an watched as the blood pours onto the floor his eyes widen as he feels a rush shoot through his body causing him to chuckle at the feeling shoving the Scalpel in his pocket
He slowly walks over to the body and dips his finger in the blood smearing it across the mans forehead like simba
He chuckles again and turns to the door walking to the exit a large scream following behind him
