Memories

I wake up to someone talking and moving around still tired you hug your warm pillow and then you fill something cold on your hand that woke you up. You look up and felt the heat rise to your cheeks. You remembered that you were watching a movie with Buck and you fell asleep. You fell asleep on him and you noticed he was having a nightmare. You had a lot when you were with the Avengers when you first got there. "Buck wake up your having a nightmare." he wouldn't wake up. You start to shake him and he finally woke up. "You scared me " you said

"How?"

"Because you wouldn't wake up and you were having a bad dream. No one ever saved me from a bad dream and I wanted to be better and wake you up but you didn't" you felt a hand on your cheek. Looked up to see Buck wiping a tear that escaped from you eye.

"Thank you."

"Your welcome and sorry for falling asleep on top of you"

"Your fine, Doll. I haven't had a beautiful girl falls asleep on me for a long time" Felt the heat rise to your cheeks.

" You think I'm beautiful?"

"Who wouldn't?" you smile

"Thanks"

"Now tell me why you said 'No one ever saved me from a bad dream and I wanted to be better and wake you up but you didn't'"

"Before I lived here. I lived in Avengers Tower. I would have nightmares but no one would come to wake me."

"Why did you leave?"

"I was captured from them. They took me from HYDRA. I'm thankful for that but they asked me so many questions to find out I don't know my name just my code name and other things. The Black Widow asked if I knew the Winter Soldier and I said no. But I knew you we did missions together, fought together, and shared a cell together. I don't know why they made us share a cell together but we are stronger together. One day i believe you remembered something and told to run to the people we were fighting and that was the avengers. You told me to come and find you one day and i promised you."

"Come here, Doll" you went to him and he put you in a big hug and said "And you keep that promise." you could hear his heart going Pitter Patter Pitter Patter. Which made you want to be like this and you smiled.

You both went to your own rooms and you fell asleep.

"What do you mean you can't dance?" Bucky said

"I never could" you answer

"You never had the right partner."

"Are you asking me out Barnes?"

"Is it working?"

"Maybe, but what if the boys see me as a girl."

"It would be fine. You are one of the best soldiers out there"

Later you two sneak out of camp

"You were right" you said

"What did you say?"

"I said you were right about I just needed the right partner."

He smirked " Well Doll Your not that bad of a dancer at all"

In the morning you smelled something good. You walk into the Kitchen. "Something smells good." you said

"Yep, I does Doesn't?" you couldn't help but giggle a bit. You had your favorite food.

Alright today we go shopping for you so you can have some clothes and i need to go to Kroger."

"Alright"

"Get ready." You guys got ready and grab two baseball cap, a pair of sunglasses and glasses. You go up to him and put the baseball cap on him and the glasses.

"WHy did you put that on me?"

"Knowing Steve he is still looking for you and it is a good descies and also I'm calling you James while we are out just i case Steve or any of the Avengers are around."

"Ok and what should I call you?"

"Ummmmm...(Y/N)"

"Ok,(Y/N), that's a pretty name. Is that your real name?"

"Yep, It's (Y/N) (Y/M/N) (Y/L/N).

"That is a beautiful name."

"Thanks" With heat rising in your cheeks again

"You blush a lot, you know."

"Well stop making me blush then."

"Why should I do that you look so cute when you do?"

"Stop." You giggled

You guys went to the store and got him some clothes. When you guys got back you sat on the couch and Bucky sat next to you guys.

"So, tell me about your past?" Bucky asked

"Umm... I don't remember much." You answered

"Why?"

"They erased my memory too."

"Do you remember anything?"

"Yeah. I'm getting more as well"

"That's nice I only remember a few. Can you tell me one that you remember?"

"Sure. Ummmm... It was during boot camp. We were training. I stayed away from everyone else. You were curious why I stayed away from everyone else. So you came up to me and asked " Why don't you go talk to the other boys?" I beckon you to come here with my finger and whispered "Because I'm a Girl" You would talk to me every day and to everyone else. We both were put in to the 107th. We were both happy and you never told anyone that I was a girl. You would call me by my last name when we were around the others. But by ourselves you would call me by my first. We went through everything together. We went through boot camp, the army, war, being experimented on by HYDRA, being rescued, going back to camp, Captain America's special team, falling off the train and becoming weapons with HYDRA. I'm glad that we did it together. I would never do any thing like that with someone else. I was surprised that you never told Steve that I was a girl. We were also dating."

"Wow. I have a question."

"Ok."

"Why did you join the army?"
"Because back then women were not aloud to join and I was not going to be a nurse and miss out on all of the action."

"I'm glad you joined the army"

"Thanks. I'm glad that you always had my back."

"Likewise."

"Tell me one of your memories." You said with a smile
