The Dragon Trials

Chapter 2

    "Didn't you hear? My parents disappeared." I looked up at him. My face still full of wet tears. I watched him as he walked over and sat by me.
    "I don'treally know you. And i dont really have a lot of friends... can we be friends?" I looked him straight in the eyes as my eyes widened.
    "You... what?" I sounded suprised and forgot about my parents for a few seconds.
    "I want to be you friend." He looked at me. His eyes softer than the cutest puppy. His words like music to my ears.
     "Alright. I will be your friend." I said blushing slightly at him. I got up and walked over to him. When I was standing a bit infront of him I hugged him tightly.
     "Thank you for being here for me when no one else was. And also thank you for being my friend." He was obviously suprised and blushed hard. He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me back.
    "No problem. I saw someone in need and I came to comfort you." He lied. He had actually seen me around school and had a crush on me. Im not sure I felt the same way though...
