fred was at work but i couldnt call him so i called the only person i knew i could confide in. i dialled her number.
"emily, emily i need you." i mumbled into the phone.
"i'll be right there." i heard her talk to fluer and they both got up. i hung up and waited.
i was curled into the fetal possition crying. what would fred say. i heard footsteps. "vicky." emily exclaimed. i looked at them.
"what iz de matter?" fluer asked.
"i think im pregnant." they looked at me then at each other then at me again. but fluer knew what to do.
i got home and fred was sitting on our bed waiting for me. i kicked off my shoes and curled in next to him. "what up baby? where have you been?" he wispered stroking my hair.
"i was in the hospital." he looked worried so i handed him the results of my blood test, it said i was pregnant, also a picture of the baby inside me. "im so sorry." i mumbled but he shut me up by kissing me.
"baby and baby." he said looking from me to my stomache. "this is brilliant." i smiled and he cuddled me and i fell asleep in his arms.
