20 weeks. You entered month five, halfway through your pregnancy. Last week, Jimin felt the baby move, you felt it the week earlier. You cried, feeling the baby move around made this pregnancy even more real. As if your growing belly could not be shown as your advancing pregnancy.
The twins gender appointment is scheduled for next week, much to the happiness of Jimin. These weeks all he can do is smile. His smile is contagious.
You watched Jimin as he slept, thinking of what he is dreaming about tonight. Not wanting to disturb your husband, you doubt if you should wake him up. "I can feel you staring at me, sweetheart." Jimin says, his eyes opening up. "I'm sorry." You whispered. "No, hey, it's okay. What are you thinking about?" "Our nest appointment is the gender." "Yes, I know. I cannot wait to find out about my two babies." "I don't want to know the genders Jimin." You Reveal. "What do you mean? You want the genders want to be a surprise?" "Not so much." "Sweetheart, I am confused." Jimin commented. "I want a baby celebration, not a per say baby shower. I want then that the genders will be revealed." "If that's what you want, then of course I will be supportive." "And is it okay if Tae knows the babies genders?" "V? Taehyung will know the genders? He is awful at keeping secrets." Jimin say. "I trust him though. Do you think he will say yes?" "I know that he will. Shall we call the guys today?"
You were sitting at the table when everyone walked into the kitchen.
"What is all this?" V asks, pointing to the table. You grin at V "It is a surprise." Jimin was the last one to walk into the kitchen.
"Welcome boys." You greet. "As you know, I am pregnant. Next week is the gender appointment. And! Here comes in you all."
Jimin points to three clear bowls "One of These is labeled boy, one labeled for both, and this other one is labeled for girl. On the table in front of Y/N, are ping pong balls. You continue "Each Of us will drop two balls into the bowl you think the genders will be. For example, I think both of these babies are boys. So I will grab two blue balls, and drop them into the blue bowl." "We are gender guessing!" Jungkook exclaimed. Jimin pats his back "Go for it boys."
Jimin kept track on paper of their predictions: "I am team boys." V explained. He dropped two blue colored balls. "Team boy!" You cheered. "Sorry sweetheart, I will be the daddy of both a girl and a boy." Jimin commented. You nodded, and wrote Jimins prediction. "You know I think these are both girls Y/N." Suga said, dropping two pink balls. His prediction you already added. "They are my nieces." Jungkook declared, dropping pink balls. "I agree with Kookie. Jin speaks. He dropped two pink balls. "And for me, there are one of each." Hobi declared. "You are last to decide Joonie." He looks over at you "I want one girl to spoil, and one boy to play football. So, one of each." He decided.
You look down at the predictions. "Okay, one last thing." You say. Jimin walks to Tae "We want you to know the genders of the babies. But, you cannot tell us. We want you to organize a gender reveal." "A baby celebration." You interfered. Tae comes walking over to you "Of course I will do that. That makes me feel incredibly happy." "Thank you so much. You are the most wonderful." Tae bends down to be level with your bump "Hello, babies. I do hope that at your ultrasound you will reveal your genders. And also, please both be boys." You laughed and grabbed his hands "Thank you again Tae." "But of course Y/N. I am honored you have asked me of this."
