I was sitting outside texting Brett about the school when someone sast beside me.

" Hey. " The person said.

" Hey you. " I said and smiled.

" How are you. " Liam asked.

" Good, beside moving from Devenford, good. " I said as he nodded.

" So why did you move? " He asked.

" Reasons. " I said as he nodded.

" You know I remember once time Brett beat me up because of-- " He began but stopped.

" Of what? " I asked him.

" Because of.... I don't remember. " He said.

" Come one, you can tell me. " I said and smiled to him.

" I don't really wanna. " Liam said.

" Well I'm sorry for whatever Brett have done. He can be like that. " I said as he nodded.

" No I understand him. I mean, you're very pretty and so. " He began.

" He beat you up because I'm pretty? " I asked as he laughed.

" Something like that. " Liam said as a dark skinned guy and another blonde joined us.

" Mason, Garrett. " Liam said.

" Is this your girlfriend? " Mason asked.

" No, I have a boyfriend. " I said as they nodded.

" So who are you? " Garrett asked.

" Melina, I was a Devenford Prep before. " I said as Garrett smiled.

" Do you know a Brett Talbot? " He asked.

" Yeah, he's my boyfriend. " I said and smiled.

" Oh I see. " Garrett said.

" They're coming here tomorrow to play a game. " Mason said.

" I know. " I said as he smiled.

" They're gonna lose. " Liam said.

" I bet they will not. " I said and smiled.

" Anyways. I better get going. " I said and stood up.

" It was nice to see you again Liam. " I said as he smiled.

" You too. " He said.

After school was over, I was waiting for my brother to come and get me. As he did he was talking about the whole Brett thing. He hated Brett, I don't know why but he just did.

" Oh my god, shut up! " I finally yelled.

" You don't like Brett, fine. But stop telling me that, stop saying all these things about him! " I said and sighed.

" Why are you with him? " Jace asked.

" Because I love him. He is such an amazing guy. Me might fight a lot but I know we belong together. " I said as he sighed.

" He's not good you for. " Jace said.

" I don't care. " I said as he nodded.

" I know you don't. " Jace said.

" Please leave it, it have been going on for 5 month. "  I said as he nodded.

" I'll try. " Jace said.

" Thank you. " I said and smiled to him.
