Loves a Tragedy

Chapter 1

Beeeeeeeeeeeeppppp the hospital maching went off. The doctors and nurses started rushing into her room. They started to count one two three. The shocked her on the skin above her heart. They started to count again one two three. They shocked her on the skin above the heart. Then you hear a nurse say, " we have a pulse."

The doctors didn't know what was wrong with her. She wouldn't wake up after the car crash.

It was raining really bad that day. Kelsey was in a rush, cause she had to be at work at a certain time. Kelsey was going 80 mph; when the speed limit was 65 mph. There was rain covering her windshield to where she could barely see. Kelsey ran a stop sign, and nothing happened. She ran another stop sign and nothing happened. That's when she ran a stop light. When Kelsey ran the stop light and huge 18 wheeler rammed her car in the side. She flew to the side 20 feet. When the 18 wheeler rammed her, Kelsey turned sideways, hit her head on the steering wheel, and bashed a whole in the windshield.

When she got hit; her bestfriend was following her to work. But Katie was going the speed limit and stopped at the signs and the stop light. Katie rushed out of her car and ran as fast as she could to Kelsey. When Katie finally got to Kelsey, Kelsey thought she was going to die so she told Katie her last dying wish. She said " Tell Toby that I love him and that to never forget me." That's when she went into acoma.

A few hours later Katie called Toby and told him about Kelsey. When he arrived at the hospital I told him Kelsey's last dying wish. He started to tear up in his eyes. The doctors would not let Toby in to see Kelsey. Toby could see Kelsey through the glass sliding doors. Kelsey had a breathing machine that breathed for her. When he saw her he dropped to his knees in disappointment. He wasn't disappointed in her, he was disappointed at himself. The week before she crashed; Toby asked Kelsey to marry him. She said no because she wasn't ready to commit her life to someone. Toby said that he isn't just someone he's the love of her life. Toby got really mad and told Kelsey to call him when she finally notices what she wants is right in front of her. She never did call him back.

Toby knew that it was stupid of him just to walk out on her. Even with the kind of love they shared. Their love was unique in many ways. They had everything in common. From their favorite color to their favorite religion. Kelsey and Toby both went to church. They went to a little church named Crossroads. Toby went to church more than Kelsey ever did; her family wasn't the religious type so they didn't attend church every week. So Toby hated him self for doing that to her.
