A few days have passed since they went to Lay's and Minseok's cafe and Jongdae and Minseok became closer ever since. After some bonding, Jongdae finally had the courage to ask his crush out. Minseok almost immediately agreed. Baekhyun was beyond happy for his best friend.

Jongdae looked at his mirror reflection one last time before he left to pick Minseok up. He drove to the adress Minseok gave him and took a deep breath before pushing the door bell button. He heard someone rushing downstairs and he couldn't help but smile at the sight, when Minseok opened the door and flashed a warm smile at him. His heart was racing faster every second that went by.

"Where are we going?" Minseok asked. They have been driving for quite a while now.

"It's a suprise." That was Jongdae's only answer.

After driving for about half an hour, they pulled over in a parking lot.

"Are we—"

"Yep, I hope you didn't eat too much before," Jongdae snickered as they entered the amusement park.

After paying for the entrance, they rode with all kinds of rides. From childish ones to the wild ones. They had a lot of fun together. Both of them kept smiling at each other.

They spent the whole day there. Later, when both of them were exhausted, they decided to find a comfortable and calm place where they could take a break and finally eat something. After buying some food for the both of them, Jongdae sat down next to Minseok on a bench, situated slightly more far away from the people and all the screaming.

"Did you enjoy it?" Jongdae asked as he bit into his sandwich.

"I did, a lot! But only because I was with you," Minseok glanced at Jongdae who was blushing intensely. Seeing the other one completely flustered, Minseok let out a chuckle. "Let's do this again, some time," Jongdae said and Minseok instantly nodded.

"JONGDAE!" Baekhyun sighed as his best friend looked at him in confusion with a bit of annoyance.

"What is so important that you needed to wake me up from my beautiful daydream, huh?" Jongdae watched as Baekhyun shook his head and walked away. "Yah! I was talking to you! Rude ..." He muttered the last part more to himself.

"JUST ASK HIM OUT AGAIN SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP DAYDREAMING ABOUT YOUR FIRST DATE!" Baekhyun shouted from the kitchen as Jongdae rolled his eyes. Then he smirked as he took out his phone and opened the chat with Minseok.

Baekhyun opened the fridge only to find it completely empty. Guess I need to go grocery shopping again. He grabbed his wallet and told Jongdae briefly where he was heading before he left their apartment.

He went to the nearest store and took a look around. He decided to take some ramen and fruits with him. After purchasing them, he headed out but just when he was about to get into the bus, he saw a growing crowd in the distance. There seemed to be someone in the middle of the crowd trying to get out but completely failing at the attempt. Baekhyun shrugged it off. Probably just some idol who lost their manger.

The crowd was becoming bigger. More people seemed to have joined it and Baekhyun couldn't help but be curious what the fuss was about. So he decided to not mind his own business, but instead went up to the people who were surrounding some poor idol.

As he came closer, he first thought that his mind was playing tricks on him. He squinted his eyes and now he was sure he didn't see wrong. Almost instantly recognizing the familiar tall figure was no one other then the Park Chanyeol.

"What a dumbass," he sighed. Since he already decided to not mind his own business like he would usually do, he decided to help him, although he disliked the idea of that a lot. But he told himself that he was just being a decent person.

"Oh my! Isn't that V from BTS?!" Baekhyun tried to scream like some fangirl and the moment the crowd was distracted for a brief second, he grabbed Chanyeol's wrist and started running away. The fans seemed to notice that Chanyeol was gone but it was already too late. He was nowhere to be seen.

After being sure that they weren't being followed anymore, Baekhyun stopped to catch his breath. He heared a deep cough next to him and he looked up to the idol. But the idol was staring at his hand. Baekhyun followed his gaze and saw that he was still holding his hand and immediately he pulled his hand away.

"Uhm, thank you ... y-you didn't have to do that. I could've handled it myself" Chanyeol looked around awkwardly, trying to avoid eye contact since it was quite embarrassing that he needed someone to save him.

Baekhyun scoffed, "Like hell, you could. You looked like some lost puppy who lost their owner. Also, you're welcome. I don't normally do this for strangers." The smaller was about to walk away but then the taller spoke again.

"C-Could you maybe borrow me your p-phone? M-Mine died ..." Baekhyun stopped and turned around. Chanyeol looked unsure, "If you don't want to it's fine ... I-I'll just find a telephone booth or something -" Baekhyun rolled his eyes and handed the taller his phone, interrupting his stuttering.

As Baekhyun watched Chanyeol dial a few numbers and holding the phone to his unique ears, he couldn't help but wonder if this is the same person that he saw on stage a few weeks ago. How is he so confident up there but so shy off stage? Aish, why am I even thinking about him. I couldn't care less about him. Maybe I should've just ignored him.

"Here. Thanks again. Really. My manager is going to pick me up in a few minutes. I'll just wait here," The taller was expecting the smaller to leave but to his suprise Baekhyun insisted to keep him company.

Baekhyun didn't know why the fuck he decided to keep that dumbass company but something inside him just told him that it was the right thing to do. So he stayed and they eventually started a conversation like they have known each for a long time.

"By the way, I'm Park Chanyeol," The taller stretched out his hand. "I know that. Baekhyun," The smaller took his hand and shook it lightly before putting it back into his pockets again. Silence. Baekhyun eyes roamed around the area and when he looked up to the taller, he caught Chanyeol staring at him. Shit, does he remember me from the concert? No. That's impossible.

"Uh, this might be weird, but have we met before, by any chance?" Baekhyun stared at him. How? He contemplated whether he should tell him the truth or not. He decided to lie, he also wanted to test something, "Uhm, no. I don't think so." Baekhyun looked away.

"Oh. But I'm pretty sure I saw your face before ... aish, where was it again ..." Please don't remember. Please don't remember. Please don't remember. Please don't remember. Please don't rememb- "Oh, wait! It was at m—"

A car honk interrupted him and startled both of them. He then sighed in relief since Chanyeol looked like he forgot what he was about to say.

"Seems like your ride is here. It was nice meeting you. Bye," with that Baekhyun was gone, leaving Chanyeol looking after him in confusion. His manager gestured him to get in quickly. Chanyeol followed his gesture. As the car started driving, Chanyeol looked out of the window in hope to see the smaller who saved him somewhere. But he didn't.

Baekhyun took a sharp turn into an alley because for some reason he knew, that the taller would try to look for him. When he saw the car that picked up Chanyeol disappeared into the distance, he let out a relieved sigh. He quickly glanced at his watch for the time. Aish, I just wasted 3 hours. Knowing Jongdae, he probably starved to death by now. He picked up his groceries and walked to a bus stop.
