Chapter 12: Rats to the Lion's Den

This is the day where God Eaters are forced to a scouting mission. The Defense Group; Kanon, Tatsumi, Brendan, and Annette cannot join.

You and Alisa were still at a Mission. It is expected that it would take up to 3 days to finish it.

These are the Groups that took the scouting mission:

Blood Group: Julius, Ciel, Nana, Gilbert, and Romeo 

Cradle Group: Soma, Kota, and Sakuya

and the Reserves; Shun, Karel, Gina, and Federico will act as support by watching the motions of Aragamis from afar

The Blood Group member "Livie" was currently in a mission

The Groups took 4 Hours in preparation to the scouting mission. as soon as they entered the Abandoned City, they quickly begin their move. They can hear strange noises. Growls and loud stomping feet of aragamis

Julius commanded his group to go to a tall building and see what's going on. Sakuya commanded her group to scatter to places with cover and start watching. They all have communication devices to easily report what's going on

Julius: 'alright. slow and steady... do not make any alarming noise...'

Gilbert: 'Romeo, If you do something rash, I'll kill you'

Romeo: 'I-i-i won't'

Sakuya then starts to speak to their communication device, more like a whisper 

Sakuya: 'There's something going on...'

Julius: 'What is it, Ms. Sakuya?'

Sakuya: 'My vision at my place is limited so I can only report a few, but as what I can see this time, there is a group of Kongous. It seems like... it's carrying something large...'

Julius: 'Do they wear any pendants?'

Sakuya: 'They have, and also Red colored bracers to their arms...'

Nana: 'Bracers...?!'

Julius: 'I'll take a look from the top'

5 minutes later...

Sakuya (Still speaking in the Comms. Device) : 'See anything?'

Julius: 'wait...'

he finally reached the top. he searches where the Kongous are. when he did, he got surprised and quickly report it to Sakuya and the others

Julius: 'Ms. Sakuya... Those Kongous are carrying a Chained Vajra'

Sakuya: 'What..!'

Julius: 'its tied up in Iron Chains preventing it to move.'

The Kongous then Drops the Chained Vajra to the Floor Hardly. A Borg Camlann and an Ogretail came out of the Building in front of them. The Kongous moves back and surrounds the Vajra

Kota then starts to talk to the Comms

Kota: 'Hey uhh... Kota here. I'm currently at a Building too, also taking a peek about what's happening'

Julius: 'Good. Tell us what you see'

Kota: Are you.. watching what's happening to those groups of Kongous?'

Julius: 'Yes, I'm currently watching it'

Kota: 'Those aragami's are making noises... are they communicating? if yes... what do think are they doing?'

Romeo: 'Initiation? like, in a cult or something?'

Sakuya: 'They are a group of smart Aragamis. That's kinda out of place'
