"We need to make a defensive move!" I said. Major General Armstrong and I have been in more than enough fights over our approach to Drachma's attacks. "Major General Axis, Major General Armstrong, Drachma has brought out cannons, we need support". We both sighed. "Defense it is," she said as we rushed out to the frigid cold.

"We came to an agreement, I am transferring to central," I said speaking to Major Armstrong. "I'm heading east first to visit home but I will alert you when I leave for central," I say as I finished and started heading for my office. A few minutes later my office was clear and I was ready for my train that left in the morning.

East Amestris was mostly farmland with the exclusion of a small town where headquarters is. "Winry? you home?" I said as I knocked on the door. "(y/n)! why didn't you say you were coming?!" She had the biggest smile on her face. "I'm staying here for a few days, I was getting a bit homesick," I said as she opened the door for me.
"You haven't seen Mustang anytime soon, right?" Winry asked, "No I've been up north for almost six months, why?" I asked as I took a sip of my tea. "You two would be an adorable couple!" Then I spit out that tea. "So, where's Ed and Al?" I asked quickly changing the subject. "State Alchemy." I was shocked "Why?!" She sighed "They tried to bring their mother back." My eyes widened in shock "So hey Winry, I don't want to leave so soon but I gotta head to central" She was a little confused but she nodded.
I had all my things packed up and headed towards the phone. "Hello, can I be transferred to Major Armstrong?" I grabbed a notebook out of my uniform. "Sure, Every man for himself," I sighed as I heard Armstrong. "Hello, Major General Axis, are you planning to leave for central soon," I sighed "yes," I said as I put the phone down and headed downstairs. I gave Winry a hug before I left for the train station.
