Picture of how I picture Taylor above ^^^^
You don't have to look if you'd rather keep your own version in mind.

Please give feedback while reading :)
<<~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~>>"Holy fuck Taylor! How fucking stupid are you?"
I feel my face turn red as I stare into my mother's pin point pupils.
She's high.
Again.
I flinch when I see her raise her hand, but a moment later she lowers it again.
"You're not even worth my time you stupid bitch. I knew I never should of had you."
I feel hot tears stream down my face as she turns to leave me standing in the living room.
Alone.I wake to my alarm screeching loudly and a pounding on the bedroom door.
"TAYLOR YOU HAVE TO GET UP! FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!"
Only a few moments after speaking my best friend, Kimmy, comes bursting through the bedroom door.
I sleepily shut off my alarm and rub my eyes.
"Well, good morning to you, too," I glare up at her, and notice her wet hair. "Exactly how long have you been up?"
She just shrugs and turns to leave the room, "Get your lazy ass up. We leave in 30."
I roll my eyes and myself out of bed at the same time.
I can feel my hair plastered to the back of my neck from sweat.
The dream.
I feel a shiver run down my spine as I grab a pair of white jeans, an old black T-shirt and head for the bathroom.
I sign in relief as I feel the warm water cascade over me.
It's only been a year. It's okay to still have mixed feelings about her.
I hear my therapist words play over and over in my mind until I only have ten minutes left to get ready.
I jump out of the shower, quickly towel off and dress.
As I walk into the living room Kimmy tosses me my converse and I quickly slip them on before grabbing a banana for breakfast.
"You going home tonight honey?"
I turn to find Mr. and Mrs. Jones, Kimmy's parents, sitting at the dinning room table. I can see the expression of worry on Mrs. Jones's face so I put on a big smile.
"Yes, ma'am. I'm gonna be alright. I have to work till 9 tonight anyway."
She gives me a curt nod and presses her lips into a thin line.
With that Kimmy and I make our way out to my car to leave for school.//://://://://://://://://://://://://://://://://://:/
Kimmy gives me a worried glance as we pull up outside her house.
"Kimmy, I'm gonna be fine. Things have been calm lately anyway."
I refuse to look at her because I don't feel like talking about this. I have to go home at some point.
She nervously twists her fingers in her lap, "You know you can just stay here. Your papaw hasn't said anything yet."
I shake my head. This isn't just about me. I have to go home. I need to see them. Make sure they're okay. As much as I hate him, I will always love my little brother and sister and I can't leave them for more than a week at a time.
"Kimmy, you know I can't stay here forever. Now I need you to get out so I can get to work."
After a moment of tense silence she throws her arms around my neck, "I love you Taylor."
I feel tears prick at my eyes so I pull away and chuckle as to not hurt her feelings.
"I love you, too. See you tomorrow."
She reluctantly climbs out and makes her way up to her door.//://://://://://://://://://://://://://://://://://:/
As I get closer "home" I feel all my muscles in my body get tense.
When I pull in the driveway there are no lights on or any sign of life.
I told him I would be coming home tonight, but I'm sure that meant nothing to him.
As I walk in the front door I can feel the negative energy.
"Ahhh. She returns."
I see the old man leaning against the door frame, holding his glass.
"Hello."
I have nothing to say to this man. I just need to get to my bed, make it to morning, and leave again.
I hear him scoff, "'Hello' You're piece of shit mother wasn't right about much, but she was right about how worthless you are."
He sits his glass down on the counter and walks off.
As if he didn't just spit it my face.
I hang my head and make my way to my bed.<<~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~>>
