We're lost in thought

Jade's P.O.V:

I woke up to yelling in my ear "get up you bitch" mom yells. I shoot up and get out of bed "get ready for school then get out of my house" she yells.

I almost run to the bathroom closing the door behind me. I lock it and take a.short shower, once im done i put on a gray hoodie and black jeans with a white and gray flat hat and put it on backwards.

I walk to school then go to my locker. I unlock it and get my book. I go to homeroom and just sit in the back waiting for it to end.

The guy just talks and talks like dude stop, breath.

I get to lunch and sit by myself. I eat my food fast and get out of there. I only have math then it's free period so im just going to go to the barn and get some work done.

Im going to the barn now i walk inside and walk up to Lou (the owner) "so do we have new horses?" i ask. We get new horses every week or so. "Uhh yeah we did. I just bought this black and white horse and im giving him to you as a paycheck" she smiled. I frown "oh..." i look outside and see a horse in the round pen

"Oh no you don't want him! Im so stupid" she yells at herself "no. I love him it's just.... I really need the money" i sigh.

"Well i can give you 15 dollers for today. Will that do?" she asks. I nod. I know its not much but i only get 20 to 30 dollers a paycheck. I hide 5 dollers in my room.

I'v bin working here for two months and i get my paycheck once a week so i have 40 dollers and that will get me no where but i can't take money this time because its only 15 and if i take some they will know.

"Is he rideable?" i ask. She shakes her head

"This is all you need to know about him" she hands me a file.
I open it and read through it

Gender: Male.
Breed: black and white paint.
Age: 2 years.
Level: Green (for non horsey people green is when the horse isn't tame)

I smile "just the horse i need" i hug her.

I get the lead rope and walk to the round pen. I open the gate walk in then close it and lock it so he doesn't get out.

make him walk around the pen then make him walk the other way. He didn't really like this so he stopped from time to time but i can't break a horse in a day.

I give up for the day with him and walk in the barn. "So have you named him?" Lou asks. i shake my head and sigh.

"I can't pick. Cooper or Axel" i say. "I think Cooper is nice and we can have Cooper and Casher" Katie buts in.

I nod my head "yeah i like that name" i say

I know it's short but i have school now and middle school is hard. YAY can't wait for high school next year.....
