A story I have been planning for a while dedicated to the complicated relationship that is Voldemort and Bellatrix.

---

I stared down at my wand, entwining it between my fingers. The dark color of the room dawned upon me as my pale fingers masked as a shade of grey. Many thoughts cascaded through my mind, thoughts that weren't even relevant. I felt lonely, I sat in the same room for hours upon hours alone and the only thing I needed was a companion, but nobody came. I gave up. Standing up from my chair, I skulked towards the doorway with my cloak trailing behind me. I closed my eyes once I reached the exit and within them few seconds - I crashed into something. I opened my eyes rapidly, and it was a beautiful woman with black curly hair draped down her face.

''Oh good evening, my lord.'' Bellatrix smiled, as our eyes met. Her perfect charcoal eyes met with my red.

''I'm fine Bella. I was just going to go on a walk around the courtyard.'' I lied, I wasn't going to tell her the real reason. That'd make me look weak.

''Oh. I'll come with you, if you like. I was just about to come and see you anyway.'' the smile on her engaging face turned into an alluring pout. I couldn't resist saying yes, after all; she was the only one I wanted to be with. We continued down the hallway and out into the brisk air.

How was your evening?'' I asked hoarsley, as we edged towards the knut fountain.

''I didn't go. Who cares for having a meal whilst being with your whole family? . No thank you.'' she belched, I couldn't help but laugh. It was amusing when she came out with rude remarks - just so irresistible. I turned to face her slowly, my cold hand still glued to her warmth. I just smirked for the first time in so long.

''What?'' she asked, returning the grin.

''Nothing. It's just... nothing.'' I laughed. Again, I didn't dare to tell her why I was smiling. Her beauty mesmerized me. Why hadn't I noticed how perfect she was before? because I never wanted to. So long people thought I couldn't love. Not only did I kid them, but my insecurities masked my true feelings. I loved Bellatrix Lestrange, it's not as if it was wrong - She told me that she was no longer in love with Rodolphus. So what was stopping us? As Bella began speaking I zoned out completely into a world of my own...

We were lying in each other's arms in a freezing, dark dungeon in an attempt to keep each other warm and safe.

''Bella.'' I whispered in her ear, she flinched at the feel of my cold breath against her skin.

''Tom.'' she said in a hushed voice, turning her head to face mine.

''May I ask you something?'' I replied, withdrawing my wand from within my robes. I could feel her nodding as the bushy hair brushed up and down my neck. As I pointed my wand towards the sky, I scribbled a few words out of the flames. It was like a sparkler on bonfire night, I put my wand back into it's place as we both read the words I had ascribed. It read 'Marry Me Bella'. She didn't speak, just looked at the words as if somebody had showed her something they shouldn't. ''Bella?'' I repeated.

''Tom?''

''Did you read it?'' I asked, stroking her hair out of her face.

''I did. Of course I'll marry you.' she replied in a childish, yet creepy voice.

''Good. You're mine. My Bella.'' I replied chuckling, I clutched my arms around her groin tightly. Never would I let her go.

''My lord.'' suddenly, I returned back to reality. I turned to face the source of the interruption.

''Sorry. What?''

''Did you hear what I said?''

''Yes. But not clearly. Repeat it again?'' I replied dishonestly.

''I said you should join our family meal one day.'' she smiled as she turned to face me once again.

''Now, now Bella. We are extraordinary wizards who don't have time for family and the like.''

I regretted saying what I had from the moment they left my mouth. The truth is, I would have time for love. I could stop the lifestyle I was living and live a peaceful life with Bella. Beautiful Bella. I opened my eyes and looked towards her, her once happy face had now converted to a disappointed one. How can one console a witch without giving too much emotion away?

She turned away from me without a single word. Without any thought, I reached my hand to her arm to spin her around to look at me. She looked at me rather confused. I ran my fingers down her forearm before reaching her hand. I admired how soft her hands were. She is a fierce and cold witch. But she was soft. Soft Bella. My soft Bella.

I snapped out of my running thoughts yet again.

I continued my search down her hand and placed my fingers between hers, closing the gap in between. It was extremely magical - even for two wizards. She looked up at me again with tears in her eyes, but I could tell they weren't unhappy tears. She smiled sweetly at me behind her hair. I loved her hair, and how it placed itself wherever it liked. But I wanted to see her face.

With my free hand, I reached out and brushed it behind her ear.

And there she was.

Beauty.

Beautiful Bellatrix

My beautiful Bellatrix.
