Hundreds of cribs lined the room, but only one of them contained the child of destiny. Or at least, the one one destined to save me and return me to my former state- wizard. How was I to know which child would love cheese? I'd been watching for the past week, and it was time to act. The naming ceremony had already taken place, and soon the record keepers would be coming to put the names into the books.

Jackson, Benjamin. I paused at the Jackson boy's crib. Cheese. Colby Jack. Colby Jackson. This would be the boy. I fastened the letters to the crib, peeling off the B-E-N-J-A-M-I-N with my teeth and paws. Colby Jackson's fate was sealed. He would start a cheese shop, and produce the cheese to break my curse.
