Meeting The Family

   I've already met Dani's family when we first started dating and now it's time for him to meet my family. Their flying to LA to see us.

"Dani baby my family is gonna be here any minute. Are you ready?"
"Uh yuh"
"That didn't sound very convincing"
I run upstairs to our bedroom. He's in the bathroom fixing his hair.
"I'm ready now"
I playfully rolled my eyes and kissed him then we hear the door bell.
"Their here!!" I say
"Let's go!" He grabs my hand and we go downstairs and open the door.
"Mom, Dad!"
"Hi honey! I've missed you"
"I've missed you guys too" they hug me
"Come in come in!"
"Mom, Dad this is my boyfriend Daniel. Daniel this is my Mom and Dad Y/M/N Y/D/N"
"Hi nice to finally meet you two" they shake hands
"Same for you"
"Here let me take your things. You'll be in our guest room that is right across the hall"
"Why thank you"
"Thanks babe"
"No problem" he kisses me
My mom walks up to me
"Man he's cute"
"Oh yeah he is"
"Does he treat you well?"
"Of course dad! He's amazing!"
"Well I like him"
"Me too"
"Thanks mom and dad"
Daniel comes downstairs
"Well what should we do today?" He says as he grabs my hand
"Are you guys hungry? We can make lunch"
"Lunch and talk?" Mom said
"I'll like that" dad said
"We'll make homemade pizza how about that?"
"That be amazing Daniel thank you"
"Anytime" he smiles
Mom and dad walked around the house as Dani and I make lunch
"I really like your family"
"They like you also"
"Really?!"
"Yes when you walked upstairs they told me"
"Aww I feel loved"
"I love you" I kissed him
*20 minutes later*
"Here's your guys lunch"
"Thank you Daniel" he smiles
"So Daniel. What do you do for a living?"
"Oh yes! Well I'm in a band called Why Don't We. Theirs four other people and me. Jack Avery, Corbyn Besson, Jonah Marais, Zach Herron and Me! We just released our first album called '8 letters' and we just dropped a single a few days ago called 'big plans' because we got some big plans coming up"
"That's amazing!"
"Thank you!"
"So tell us about yourself"
"Well I'm 19 at the moment. My birthday is April 2nd. I was on American idol before. I can play many different instruments. I love ping pong. And I'm madly in love with your daughter"
I blush
"Well Daniel you sound and look like an amazing kid!"
"Thank you"
"Could you sing us a song?" Mom asked
"Of course! What would You like to hear?"
"How about a song you did from idol"
"Okay. I'll sing breakaway"
"Amazing!"
"I'll get your guitar babe"
"Thanks"

He sings
"Wow you're amazing!"
"Thank you! The band is actually coming over in a bit if you want to hear us sing"
"We would love too!"

We talk and talk forever! Daniels family comes over and the band. We're just one big happy family. The boys sing a couple songs for them. This is what true happiness is.
