Detention

Brennan,Caleb,and Joey were the last to show up to detention but hey At least they weren't that late.
"About time" Said Mrs.Wheeler
"At least we showed up" said Brennan.
Brennan,Caleb,and Joey say in their regular seats and took out their homework seeing as they had nothing else to do since Mrs.Wheeler made them stay 5 minutes after class cleaning the board.

You would never believe it but Caleb had already done his homework.He goofs around a lot and seems kinda lazy like every normal jock but he actually does his work.So instead of doing his homework he did a word search.

"Pshhhhhh Brennan I cant find-"

"Caleb what are you working on?" Said Mrs.Wheeler confused.

"My word searching skills?" Said Caleb hoping she'd move on.

"Take out a book now"

Brynn wanted to laugh but she knew if she did Mrs Wheeler would give her a extra day if detention and she barely makes it 8 hours at school how could she make it any longer.

*15 minutes later*
Mrs.Wheeler had a emergency so she had threatened the kids with another week of detention if they left so there was no escaping.

"I'm boreddddddd" said Brennan done with all his work.
"Maybe this will teach you guys to actually be on time to class" Said Brynn.
"Yea Caleb hold in your pee next time" said Joey.
"Yea Joey stop bumping into people"said Caleb
"Yea Brennan stop telling us to run all the way to the other side of the school" said Joey.

"This isn't my fault ,this is all our faults" said Brennan.

"Who cares" Said Chloe"we're all stuck in here anyways what's the point"

"I don't even get this math worksheet and my phone died" said Joey whining.

"Oh please this is simple" Said Chloe doing it in less than a minute.

Joey started at Chloe in pure amazement and shock

"Are you a wizard or something? How did you do that?"

"Well I actually pay attention in class so"Said Chloe

Joey and Chloe spent the rest of the time in joeys homework making him actually understand what he's doing.They actually had a okay time doing it too.

"Hey Caleb do you need help with your word search?" Said Maddie.

"Sure I wouldn't mind some help"said Caleb

The two spent the rest of the time laughing at each other and making jokes while doing the word search.

Meanwhile Brynn and Brennan were a completely other story.Both had completed all their work and their friends obviously had other stuff to do so they were left there with nothing to do.

Brynn glared at Brennan "don't even think about it"

Brennan held his hands up in defense "someones woke up on the wrong side of the bed"

"I know you were thinking of talking to me but guess what I don't want to"

"Aw man and here I thought we could exchange phone numbers and paint each other's dogs and ride horses in the sunset"said Brennan sarcastically.

"Oh please everyone knows you're the school girl hopper and I'm not talking into your trap"

"I've literally only had like 1 girlfriend-"

"Doesn't change my opinion"

Brennan puts on his ear buds and listens to his "track".

Brynn goes to stand in front of him

"WE'RE NOT FINISHED"

"Sorry cant hear you over my track"

"Your what?"

"My track"

"Let me listen to that" Brynn says as she puts a earbud in her ear.

Brynn doesn't want to admit it but she actually thinks his taste in music isn't horrible but god forbid that Brennan ever actually find out.

She keeps on listen but says "I guess it's good if your highschool boy trash" and takes out the ear bud.
"Admit it Rumfallo you liked it and you know it"
"Never in a million years I would like your type of music"
"Sure welp detentions over anyways so.." slips number in her hand
"Bye blondie"
"Good riddance"

Caleb,Joey,Brennan ended up walking home but with Maddie,Chloe,and Brynn too.

"Hey since we all hit it off pretty well why don't we go to the fair on Sunday"said Joey winking.
"Sure" said everyone except Brennan and Brynn.
"Woah woah woah who said I got along with him?"Said Brynn
"I mean you kinda went up to him so I would assume-"
"I'll have to think about it if you're all gonna ditch me and leave me with him" Said Brynn
"COME ON BRYNN ITLL BE FUN" Said Maddie cheerfully
"Yeah Brynn Dont be such a wet towel"Said Chloe
"Fine I'll go on one condition "Said Brynn
"Name it" said Caleb
"I'm not walking there someone better have a car"
"Brennan you're giving us a ride" said Joey.
"Wait seriously hes 14!"Said Brynn
"Almost 15"
"I meant like a responsible adult"
"Fine Mrs.Leblanc will drive u-"
"Wait like Annie LeBlancs mom?!"
"And my mom" said Caleb offensively
"I don't even think she likes me!"
"Who Said Annies coming"
"Fine I'll go"
