(Nct 127) Doyoung - "Hey Bunny Boy!"

A/n: A whole lot of fluff, some angst, some kisses and some Winnie the Pooh references.  Also, this is my first fantasy one-shot.

Scenario: In the country of Hybridville, many hybrids and humans live here.  In this story you and Doyoung are friends and are both hybrids.  You were a/a (Any animal) and Doyoung was a bunny.  Although you can be sometimes annoying to Doyoung because of the many nicknames you gave him, you love him dearly.  As for Doyoung, how will he react to you being in love with him?  I want to say more but it's STORY TIME my peeps.  Read, eat, and binge or whatever.  Enjoy.

M/n pov.

I am so excited.  So excited, my tail kept wagging and I couldn't make it stop.  Today's the day I tell my friend my confession to him.  I'm going to do it.  I will go up to him, give him a nice present, and tell Doyoung face to face that I LOVE HIM!

30 Minutes Later

"I can't do this Mark.  He's my best friend and he'll hate me if I tell him." I said looking lifeless on my desk as I talked to my other friend Mark.

"It'll be fine.  Just give it some time and tell him when you feel like it." Mark said as he rubbed my back to comfort me.

"Tell who what?" Someone said and when I looked up, it was Doyoung.

"Oh uh-I had a little argument after having a conversation with my cousin through the phone.  It think I said something a little offensive and I wanted to apologize." I said and then I heard Doyoung scoff.

"Maybe your cousin got tired of listening to you.  You are annoying sometimes." Doyoung said and I pouted.  Not to mention a piece of me broke because it came from him and even I know how annoying I can be.

"Come on "Long Ears."  I just care about everyone." I said.

"I know you do.  But you gotta fix your methods a bit.  Also, stop calling me Long Ears." Doyoung said and I giggled.

"Sorry Doyoung.  I like your bunny ears.  Mine aren't as nice as yours." I said showing an innocent smile to him.

Time Skip to Lunch Time

I was eating my lunch along with favorite a/a food.  We had a few conversations which were just about random things.  This is usually what happens, along with me annoying them which they got used to.  Should I tell him now?  No, too many people here.

Nobody knows that I have a crush on Doyoung except Mark and the others and my parents.  I'm not ready for anyone else to know just yet.  I need the right time.

"Hey everyone.  I got something juicy for you to know." Someone said.  Not surprisingly, I saw Seongcheol standing on the table.  Everyone in the cafeteria turned around and waited for what he had to say.  Who does this boy want to humiliate next?

"A little birdy told me that that kid over there, M/n, is gay and he's in love with Doyoung!  HA!" He said and almost everyone laughed as they looked at me.  My friends looked at me but they weren't laughing.  In fact, they were shocked because they thought they could keep it hidden.  Doyoung was also shocked.  As for me, tears spilled and I fled my way out of the cafeteria and went somewhere where I can be alone.

'Why?  Why does it hurt so much?  Why can't I fight back and and tell him what the big deal is if I like him?' I thought.  That's it.  I guess I have to go in hiding.  I'll go through my day, go home, and let it all out for a few days.  Nobody would mind, right?

2 Days Later

Doyoung pov.

Two days and there's still now M/n.  I hate to say it, but I really miss him, his annoying moments, him calling me nicknames.  I like being with him.  Actually, I love being with him.  I love him.

And now I can't get in touch with him all because of that stupid Seongcheol and his habit of humiliating people.

"Be careful.  I don't think the legs on your chair can handle your rage." Mark said and I just glared at him.

"I'm kidding.  And I know, I miss him too.  Don't worry, I got to keep tabs on him.  By the way, he didn't ask because...you know." Mark said and I understood.  Then I had an idea.

"Mark, are you going to M/n today?" I asked and he nodded.  Then I lean forward until our noses touched.

"Take.  Me.  There.  Please." I slowly said and Mark just nodded being afraid of something else happening.  Then I leaned back and pretended like nothing happened.

After School at M/n's House

As Mark and I were walking up to M/n's front door, I got a bit nervous.  I wanted to come with Mark so that I can tell M/n that I feel the same way.  And I have to be the one to tell him.  

"Hey.  M/n is going to be a little jumpy.  So take it easy on him." Mark said and I just nodded.  Then he took the spare key he had and unlocked M/n's front door.  Once we got in, we set down our stuff and I saw M/n just sitting on the couch watching TV with a blank stare.  I didn't think it would affect this badly.

"Hey M/n.  I'm here.  And I invited someone." Mark said and that made M/n turn around.  Once he saw me, he stayed there frozen.  I decided to take the chance.  I started walking up to him, grabbed his shoulders and pushed him back.  I stared at his scared face as I slowly leaned towards his ear.

"Missed me babe?" I said and looked at him again.

"We're not even together.  Besides, you wouldn't love me after what happened." He said looking down at his feet.  But I grabbed his chin and made him look back at me.

"Yes.  I was shocked when Seongcheol said you liked me.  But, it made me realize how much I felt the same way with you." I said and he looked at me shocked.  But then he started tearing up.

"B-But..how can you stand being with me.  I'm annoying to you and to the rest.  I call you nicknames.  You get upset with me.  I-I don't deserve a friend like yo-" I cut him off by kissing his lips.  I made sure to grab a hold of his head to keep him still.  The kiss lasted a bit and then I let go.  I looked at him with a smile.

"You may be annoying, but your my annoying adorable a/a.  I was your best friend, and now I'm your boyfriend.  That is, will you be my boyfriend M/n?" I asked sincerely.  He wiped his tears a bit but just like that..

"I-I will b-be your boyfriend.  I love you Doyoung." He said and I smiled my usual bunny smile.  Then we gave each other a hug.  However, I noticed Mark was in front of me and he was giving me a thumbs up.  I just rolled my eyes and giggled a bit.

"Doyoung?  Can I still call you Bunny Boy?" M/n asked and I chuckled.

"I don't mind it anymore." I said.
