Ok guys so I decided to only have two more chapters this one and then the very last one. Sad I know. 😢 Thank you guys for reading and I hope you enjoy these last chapters!

**One year later**

-Ashley- I'm now currently living in Miami and going to collage there. I decided I wanted to be a professional volleyball player so today I'm going to the beach to play beach volleyball. I put on my orange bikini, throw shorts and a shirt over it, throw my hair up in a ponytail, and leave for the beach. Just a regular day at the beach playing volleyball or so I thought.

-Austin- Alex, Robert, Zach, and I decided to go to the beach today. I wanted my girlfriend to tag along, but she was busy with work. Yes I have a new girlfriend it's actually that girl that I kissed two years ago when Ashley and I broke up. Anyways we arrive at the beach and Zach can't take his eyes off a girl with blonde hair, tan skin, and she's wearing an orange bikini I don't blame him she's hot! "Don't drool Zach." I tease. "I'm not gonna drool over her, ok maybe just a little." He says. I laugh and we go to watch a volleyball game, just so Zach can get a close up look at the girl he's drooling over. I'm honestly about to drool over her she was so hot and was badass at volleyball, but she seemed familiar. The volleyball ends and she walks up to Zach. The look on Zach's face was priceless. "Um excuse me your kinda sitting in my spot." she says to Zach. She looks at me and gives me a dirty look, what's wrong with this chick. Zach moves over and she sits down. "Hey I'm Zach and you are?" Zach says. "I already know who you are, and I know you also wish I didn't though." she says pointing to me. "Excuse me, but what did you just say? I ask. "I said I wish I didn't know you wow Austin you'd think you'd remember your ex wife." She says while getting up and walking away. Whoa what just happened. "Oh hey Ashley what's up?" Alex says bumping into Ashley. Oh my god! How did I not notice that that was Ashley? "Oh my god I'm sorry Ashley I didn't know it was you how have you been?" I ask. "I've been awesome I'm a professional volleyball player now. How about you, oh wait I know the answer to this, you've been spending your days with some fake chicks tongue down your mouth!" she shouts. Wow it's like she's been stalking me because sadly that's true. "Ok don't come to Miami and start yelling at me because you decided we were done about a year ago." I say. "Actually Austin I don't wanna fight I wanna thank you." She says. Why does she wanna thank me? "Thank me for what?" I ask. "I wanna thank you for showing me that I needed to be my own person, and that I don't need someone to feel happy. That day that I left you I felt independent for once and happy, so Austin Carter Mahone thank you so much." She says while a tear rolls down her cheek. She gives me a kiss on the cheek and leaves. How did I show Ashley those things when all I did was love her? However I did it I'm happy I did I like seeing her happy. She was right when we were together she was happy, but not like she was today she lit up today, she smiled like I've never seen her smile before. Now I know why she left me she wasn't happy. For the past hear I've been asking myself this one question "Why did she leave me?" and I now have the answer.
