Will woke up with his jaw aching and his side throbbing.
He saw Terror laying on the floor, asleep.
Will tapped Terror's forehead. "Hey sleepy killer wake up."
Terror groaned. "Fuck this human college, we've already learned the crap they teach, we don't have to go."
He grabbed the edge of the cover hanging off, and shoved it over his face.
Will chuckled. "Fine we can skip. Just this once though."
"Ok mom," said Terror.
"Ok," said Will. "Ill be your mother. Get me a glass of water child."
Terror laughed. "Nuuuu."
Will chuckled. "No seriously get me a glass of water slave."
Terror snorted and stood. "Fine Mr. Demanding."
He walked out of the room, and came back with a cup of water.
He gave it to Will. "Here."
"Thanks," said Will, taking the cup and drinking the whole glass down.
"You feeling better?" asked Terror.
"Yeah...," said Will, looking down. "Thank you for helping me yesterday..."
Terror smiled a bit, and sat down on the bed with him.
"Don't worry about it," he said. "I have your back Will."
Will smiled. "And I have yours."
Will wrapped his arms around Terror, and hugged him.
Terror hugged back.
"Why do I feel...seriously uncomfortable?" asked Will, pulling away.
Crap, thought Terror.
"What do you mean?" asked Terror.
"I don't know... It feels like... Darkness?" said Will, rubbing his forearm, nervous.
Terrors' eyes flickered red then back to blue. "I don't feel anything."
Will shifted away a bit. "Your eyes..."
"Hm?" Terror rubbed his eyes. "What about them?"
"They turned red for a second," said Will, a bit of fear in his voice.
"They did?" asked Terror. "Maybe your seeing things?"
"No," said Will. "I know what I saw Terror."
Terror sighed. "Fine."
His eyes turned to red rings of fire.
Will shifted more away. "What...what are you?"
"What am I?" asked Terror, hurt. "Im a human!"
"No," said Will. "Your not human."
"Ok," said Terror. "Im a halfling."
"Im half demon, half human," said Terror, hugging his knees to his chest. "Its not that bad."
"Your a...demon?" asked Will. "From where?"
"Hell, Underworld, Earth," said Terror. "Doesn't change who I am."
"It...kinda does," said Will.
"Hah!!" exclaimed Terror. "How?"
"How you make people feel around you," said Will.
"Well," said Terror, standing. "It wasn't my fault I'm a-a thing! That people fear."
He stormed out of the room, grabbing his jacket and went out into the hall slamming the door.
Will stared at the floor.
