Hwang Minhyun will be returning to NU'EST, where the remaining four members had been actively promoting as a unit called NU'ESTW. The full group is reportedly planning to begin promotions in the first half of 2019.

A teaser for Hwang Minhyun's was featured during NU'EST W's recent concert. An insider claimed that the five members have been preparing diligently for Hwang Minhyun's return. They only have to finish recording the new songs for their upcoming OT5 album.
Ha Sungwoon originally debuted with HOTSHOT before appearing on Produce 101. It remains uncertain if he will return to promote with HOTSHOT or pursue a solo career.

Ha Sung Woon is a member of HOTSHOT who joined Wanna One after appearing on "Produce 101 Season 2." The project group's contract ended on December 31, with their final concert scheduled for the end of January. Earlier this month, Star Crew Entertainment that Ha Sung Woon will be releasing an solo album in February.
Ha Sung Woon has since a Twitter an Instagram account for his solo activities, and he held an Instagram Live broadcast on January 20 at noon KST to catch up with fans.
First, Ha Sung Woon revealed that he has plans to expand his social media presence, including a YouTube channel. He stated, "On January 28, I'll be opening my official fan cafe and personal social media account," and "I'm also preparing a personal YouTube channel I'm thinking of calling 'Gureumi [Cloud, Ha Sung Woon's nickname] TV. I've already prepared a logo for the channel, and I've filmed a few things."
He also shared that he's currently busy preparing for his album and on a diet. Ha Sung Woon said, "I recently went on a diet, so I think my photos are coming out really well these days and it makes me happy," and "I'm eating diet shakes right now. But I'll be filming mukbangs [eating broadcasts] from February." He added that he's about 60 percent done with his upcoming solo album.
Over 20,000 people tuned in to see Ha Sung Woon's live broadcast. As a thank you, he sincerely sang Yoon Hyun Sang's "Always Be With You," and said, "I will work harder to prepare everything for you."
Ha Sung Woon concluded his live broadcast by asking fans to anticipate January 28.

Kang Daniel is expected to become the first of the members to debut as a soloist. Industry insiders have heard multiple rumors that Kang Daniel is preparing a solo debut as soon as Wanna One's promotions are over. They expect he will debut as a performance dance soloist.

The former Wanna One member went on a live broadcast to greet his fans and talk about what he's been doing recently. In addition to sharing that they are currently preparing for Wanna One's last concert, Daniel also mentioned that his official fan cafe has been launched already. "I hope a lot of people register!" he said.
He then dropped a major spoiler which fans speculated to be pertaining to his solo debut as a musician. "I cannot tell you details about my upcoming plans, but I'll see you in April," he said.
The idol's hint added fuel to earlier reports stating that his solo debut will take place after labelmate and former fellow Wanna One member Yoon Jisung, who will be dropping a solo album in February.
His agency MMO Entertainment confirmed fans' speculations later on, stating that "Kang Daniel is preparing to make a solo debut with a plan to release music in April".
Yoon Jisung, who's in the same label as Kang Daniel, will be enlisting in the military with the end of Wanna One. As the oldest member of the group (born in 1991), he will no longer be able to delay his enlistment.

The agency of Wanna One's leader Yoon Ji Sung has explained reports related to his future mandatory military service.
On December 10, a report stated that while Yoon Ji Sung had applied for the selection examination for conscripted policemen that day, he did not take the written or physical test.
His agency clarified, "Those who were born in 1990 are still enlisting, and Yoon Ji Sung was born in March of 1991. It's expected that he will receive his notice to report for military duty next year, and so he applied for the conscripted policemen selection examination. However, in the end he was not able to take it."
The agency stated that they will discuss him possibly applying for the exam again in the future. "For now, he's focusing on Wanna One's activities," they added.
Wanna One recently made a comeback with "" last month, and is performing at of the 2018 MAMA ceremonies this week. They performed and won an award at the premiere .
It was recently that Yoon Ji Sung is considering appearing in the musical "The Days" this year.
