Glendalyn Fodra

Glendalyn Fodra has more than 24 years of excellent clinical experience in various settings- subacute, outpatient, home health setting and skilled nursing.

Glendalyn Estrada has been working at Nashville Community Care and Rehab of Bordeaux for more than 2 years now. She has professional experience in performing initial evaluation/recertification/discharge planning.

Glendalyn Fodra is a health care professional and has extensive experience in physical therapy. She believes in strong work ethics and she is an adaptable team player.

Glendalyn Estrada has also worked at Frostburg Hospital and she supervised PTAs and PT aides. She also provided care to subacute patients in achieving their prior level of function.

When she is not busy working with patients, she likes to stay home cleaning and doing chores, she loves retail shopping and spending quality time with family and friends.

Glenda E. Fodra has also worked at National Health Care Dickson, TN and she was a Lead Physical Therapist. She supervises PTAs and attends care plan meetings with the multidisciplinary team.

Glendalyn Fodra completed her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1992. She is a registered physical therapist in TN, and she is CPR certified.
