Puzzled yet pleased, Can stopped for a second, and then his eyes gradually got dreamier and his touches softer... The woman he was ready to die for had just made him aware how much she trusted him... he knew he would be up to this responsibility... he knew he wouldn't disappoint her in any way... and he knew she knew that... but all he could think of right now is to reassure her further and show her how soft and loving he can be... so he leaned back down and gave her a long but feather-soft kiss on the lips, then moved to her cheeks, which started getting wet from her happy tears... to her wet eyelids... to her cute nose that has gone a little pinkish because of being emotional.

He again placed another delicate kiss on her lips then her forehead and whispered, "I now pronounce us man and wife." They both chuckled and hugged each other tight before Sanem pulled him back towards her lips again... And in between her fervent kisses she whispered to him, "You know... I don't know... about this... you... my first...."

Can, of course, had already known this, but this confession of hers now was just like another reminder of how pure she was, and as much as he was desperate to take their relationship a step further right here and right now, a deeper urge controlled him suddenly, which is that of protecting her innocence, and this is when he decided to slow the rhythm down gradually and wait till they are properly married...

Sanem, who was so consumed by this new type of desire and urge to be wholly possessed by this man that she worshiped, at first did not notice the pace going slower, but two minutes later she opened her eyes, and was a bit confused about what was happening. Can, who had just stopped the kiss and rested his forehead on her cheek and buried his face in her neck, was breathing heavily, and looked like he was trying to control and collect himself.

"What... what has happened?" she asked with a trembling voice.

"Sanem... I... I think we should wait."

"I... but I thought... did... did I do anything wrong?" She was on the verge of crying now.

"No, no, askim, hayatim, don't cry, please!" He said, kissing her eyelids, "I think we should wait till our wedding day...you... you are so pure, so innocent. I love that, and I don't want to spoil this... I want to do things right... I don't want your parents to hate me, and I don't want you to feel guilty..."

Sanem looked at him with her teary eyes and tried to smile saying, "Is that all, or is it that I turned you off somehow?"

"Allah askina, Sanem, how could you even think about that? If you only know.... If you were just a bit experienced in this you would understand by just looking at me what stopping what we were doing is doing to me now... I am dying over here... but I am really thinking about all the things I told you... I want our wedding night to be special, and I want both of us to prove that we deserve the trust your family has given us..."

"You're... you're right... as always... and I am so embarrassed now!" She said and hid her face in his chest.

He placed a kiss on her temple and started caressing it saying jokingly "Bebekim, no need to be... I know how alluring I can be."

Sanem couldn't help but chuckle and say, "Ah, you know how to make me feel better, my love, even through all this frustration..." She kept her head resting on his broad chest and raised her arms towards his neck, and continued "So be it, but let's just stay like this five more minutes, before we leave for home"

"Yes, love, five more minutes..." He whispered lovingly in her ear and held her tight against him as if his life depended on this hug...
