Where Are We!!?!

After the Bright flash I woke up and there are Helicopter was in Mid Air Above some Snowy Mountains. I asked what happened apparently
They had woken up a few minutes earlier Not knowing what happened either. We could see a city in the distance just some tall buildings on the horizon. I asked are pilot Kaytusha where are we and she said I have no fucking idea, My instruments are going all haywire the only thing thats working is the compass, and from my knowledge there is not suppose to be a city any where near hear let alone these tall and snowy mountains. Are best option is to fly to that city.

Third person POV
Meanwhile in Zootopia
Are two favorite fox and bunny cop duo are in the middle of their shift. They were in the middle of writing a ticket to a mammal who had ran a red light.
Judy's POV
Nick quit being lazy and do your job. I need you to go run the ticket up and check his record while I ask this mammal why he was speeding.
After about five minutes of waiting Nick walked over.
Nick's POV
I heard judy say to quit being lazy and check this mammals back round. Who happened to be a meerkat with a very short temper that sounded oddly familiar but I could not remember how.
Then snapped out of my thoughts and looked up the name of the meerkat and nothing came up in the database. So I decided to tell judy we need to bring him into custody.
Matt Vitemann's POV
We were about a minute away from the city and we could tell this was no normal city it was divided by walls which each part of this city was a different climate. Once over the city I told my pilot to lower us down so I could get a better view. I was shocked so much then I decided we need to see if there are any Military units who are seeing this of any nation besides us.
I grabbed the radio that was behind are pilots seat. I called over the Radio "This is Blackhawk 7-07 of the 45th Night Operations division of the United States
Army Airborne please respond any military units who are picking this up!!
I repeated that 3 more times then decided after radio silence to switch to all channels and repeat the message this is when I got a response from some police of the city saying to get off this channel this is for ZPD use only. I had no idea what city starts with the letter Z so Just ignored it. But other than that no response. Thats when my pilot Kaytusha said we got 10 minutes of fuel at half throttle and 5 at full speed.

Judy's POV
Nick is walking over to me and was holding handcuffs but just before I could ask the meerkat to step out of the car. He was already one step ahead and was speeding away and nick looked like he had see a ghost after that. There was no time to catch up the meerkat and I was about to ask Nick  why he was so freaked out. That's when I heard something and it got louder very quickly it sounded like something I've never heard to the point where me and nick had to get into the cruiser it was so loud. That's when we heard a non police radio transmission on are channel. It said "This is Blackhawk 7-07 of the 45th Night operations division of the United States Army Airborne. Me and Nick both looked each other then we saw a shadow go over head. And that sound was there again but so loud we could hear it in the cruiser. So I put the cruiser in drive and speed off following this flying object.

Three minutes left of fuel Matt. I said permission to land in the desert to the south near the giant palm tree looking building.
Matt Vitemann POV
Permission granted.
Bring Us down.
I grabbed the radio and said If anyone can hear us we are landing near the giant palm tree looking building. If anyone can hear us contact us on a frequency of 228.3 Mega Hertz.
Suddenly the Radio crackled to life saying this is Officer Judy Hopps and Officer Nick Wilde of the ZPD.

We landed with a thud. We could hear a police siren of some sort in the distance as the High pitched sound of the engines of are Black Hawk died down. When the Police car got to us at the sand dunes near the huge palm tree building.
I said everyone be alert have guns ready.
