My Heart

I'm back at my apartment for once and it's so nice to be back~!

I can sleep in my comfortable bedroom, I can make a nice meal for myself if I try hard enough, and I can start my work again! But nope! I'm taking another day off for Yoongi. It's a really big deal, and I wanna make up for all of my mistakes in the past. All in one day...

I plan to do everything I thought about before, such a long time has passed, yet my feelings haven't changed. I didn't get to then so I'm doing it now, I regret not being with him and not taking action or enough action when I think about it.

I want to pamper him and show off my skills, make him realize how he should've chosen me to come with him. Chosen me to be his first boyfriend when we were in actually together and happy. Chosen me to be with because I was there for him back then, but he wasn't there for me when we were at school, so hopefully he won't upset me even more.

There's no way that he can be upset with me though, he doesn't even remember me! If he did, he would said something or gave me some kind of look. I have practically no foundation with him, so I have to make him like me.

I want to take first place in his heart and to do that starts at the arcade.

I dress up well, but not too well because the others might think I am trying too hard. I was also comfortable but not too comfortable that they might think I didn't try too hard again.

Afterwards, I walk around somewhere far from home and called Namjoon to pick me up. I got hungry when walking but I didn't eat because we might all eat over there.

Namjoon called Jimin and said to me that they were coming over here. I couldn't face him afterwards since my face was red and my heart was thumping on my chest. I got so nervous that I didn't even hear Namjoon call my name when they actually got here.

Sadly, I didn't get to be next to Yoongi but rather since Namjoon brought his car, Jimin wanted us to follow him to the arcade. I waited patiently and quietly so my energy will be released when we got there. Hopefully Yoongi will think of my a good person and maybe like me...- BUT I HAVE TO START SLOW!

When we finally got there, we all regrouped and ate first. They had fast food items and I devoured all that I could get my hands on. Eating well scores a point, right?

"Okay! Now let's spit into group! Since there are 4 of us, there will be 2- looks like you guys already decided."

I assumed that Jimin wanted to go to Yoongi after he spoke but I got to him faster. I would've done it anyway even if he partnered up with Yoongi.

"So what do you want to do?"

I looked down and noticed that Yoongi was speaking to me first. HE SPOKE TO ME FIRST!!

"Oh, umm... we can go to that coin exchange thing, get some currency so we can actually play!"

He nodded and led the way. Just the fact that he's turned around makes me want to hug him. I'm trying my best to go as slow as I can, but I couldn't help but let my thoughts go wild.

"So how much should we pay?"

"Oh- I was thinking 10 from each of us. You know, so it's even."

He inserted his bill first and soon came out coins that he stuffed in his pockets. I did the same and, wow, they weighted a lot!

"Yoongi, do you want to go to the crane machine with me..?"

I got so nervous and anxious, to the point that my heart was beating like crazy and I just turned around and covered my face with one of my hand.

"Hey are you okay? I'm not going to leave you alone, I'm coming."

I turned around to face him again but I think he got too close

It's was only for a bit, but I saw wonders in his eyes, a tint of red in his cheeks and the coolness of his breath.

He was the first to break contact but I didn't mind. At least I had a new view of him. I enjoyed the fact that there was even an inch of height difference between us, that I was the taller one.

I unconsciously followed him, so when he began to talk, I didn't even know where we were.

"What's this?"

I looked around and I saw an aisle of crane machines.

"This is wha you wanted to play, right? You better be good at this."

"Oh don't worry! I won't disappoint! Which one do you want?"

I watched his eyes wonder through inside the window blocking all the stuffed toys. I watched his natural body movements and listened to the small grunts he made.

"Can you get that Kumamon one..? I mean, you don't have to-"

"No it's okay, anything for you."

Oops... I don't think I was supposed to let that part out but I would've gotten anything for him.

"A-ah, thanks"

Hearing that gave me motivation. I usually don't bother to try, but for Yoongi, I will most definitely. I practice every time went there was a machine like this,  so I could make him smile and reveal his cuteness to me as he looked down at the prize I got him. This was the time to make that dream a reality!

I concentrated, hard. I moved around the box full of toys and when I got the crane dead on, I went straight for the kill! Or Kumamon.

"Oh, oh, oh! Is it going to fall?"

I heard him say things like that while I stared at the moving crane, ready to let go when it got to the shoot. When it did, I immediately reached for the toy and gave it to Yoongi.

And then it happened. He smiled and said thank you. In my vision, there was light shown on his features, sparkling glitters made its way in my view and I felt like my heart was going to explode. I kept my mouth an inch apart and I think I just said something out loud:

"I like you"
