Walking Down The Stairs

Me: Good Morning Daddy.
Dad: Are You Ready To Start Your Journey Of A New Life.
Me: Dad I'm Going To College. I'm Not Getting Married.
Dad: (Laughs) I Know, But Your Taking A Next Step In Life.
Me: Yeah Ok.
I Walked Into The Bathroom And Did My Hygiene. I Ran Upstairs And Threw On Some Yoga Pants And A Crop Top That Said Run DMC. My Hair Was In Box Braids, So I Didn't Do Anything To It. I Slipped On My Everglades LeBron 11 And Finished Packing.
Phone Rings
Me: (Sings) Hello
???: Hey Pooh. You Ready?
Me: Almost Shay.
Shay: Okay. We On Our Way.
Me: Okay Love. Bye.
Shay: Bye.
Hangs Up
I Finish Packing And Start Bringing My Stuff Downstairs. It Was A Lot And Nobody Helped Me. The Nerve Of Some People. Then I Heard Shay Pull Up In The Drive Way.
Shay: Hey Suga Plum!
Me: (Laughs) Hey Caramel Drop.
Shay: Girl Yes. Caramel Goodness.
Me: You Thought.
Shay: Oh The Shade Has Been Thrown.
Me: Naw No Shade, But You Have To Help Me With This Stuff Though.

She Steps Out Of The Car
Me: Daddy You Ain't Slick. Come Help Us.
Dad: I'm Coming. I'm Coming.
My Dad And Mom Helped Us Load The Car. I Said My Goodbyes And The Next Thing I Know, We Were On The Road. I'm Sure Going To Miss Cleveland, But Soon Central State Will Be My New Home.
3 Hours Later
We Arrive At The Beautiful Central State University. I'm Already Falling In Love With This College.
Shay: Finally, We're Here
Me: Okay Where Are We Suppose To Go To Get Our Keys
Shay: Umm. I Think It's This Building Right Here.
So We Get Our Keys And Settle Into Our Rooms. We Live In This Building Called Foundation Hall, But Shay Is On The 3rd Floor, While I'm On The Second. My Roommate Name Is Kayla And She's From Chicago. She Seems Nice.
Phone Rings
Me: Hello
Shay: Dude Guess Who I Found
Me: Who?
Shay: Courtney!
Me: She Going Here? And Where Is Her Twin?
Shay: Yeah. And Whitney Didn't Come, But That Not Why I Called
Me: So Why Did You Call?
Shay: To Ask You If You Wanted To Go To This Que Party

Shay: Okay I'll Let You Know When We Leaving. Bye

We Went To This Fashion Show On Campus. After That The Ques Made An Announcement That They We Having A Party At The Frat House. We Went Back To Our Residence Hall And Changed. When We Got There It Was Going. I Was Dancing With My Friends Jazmine Kailyn Shay And Jazelle. Jazmine Was Being Her Normal Goofy Self And I Think Kailyn Was Twerking On A Kappa.
Me: Ayee!! Get it Kailyn!
Jazelle: She about to twerk her ass off.
Shay Laughs. Then Someone Grabs Me By The Arm.

Me: Ma'Kayla.
???: Put my number in yo phone.
I Pulled Out My Phone So He Could Put His Number In It. I Ask Him...

???: Darryl.
Me: Oh okay.
Darryl: Yeah but text me.
Me: Okay
We Danced At The Party For Another Hour And Then We Left. On Our Way To The Dorm We Saw Our Friend Javon. He Had Just Arrived To Central State And Was About To Go To The Party. Darryl And Some Other Dudes Was With Them, But I Only Gave Darryl And Javon A Hug.
I Could Tell That This Was Going To Be An Interesting Semester.
