The Story of my Life

I came out of the bushes and saw Al and my mom. Al was calling me with Mr. Fred's voice. I was furious, I respected Mr. Fred, he has been taking care of me since so so many years and seeing Al over there made me mad. I came from behind and called my mom. On seeing me she rushed towards me and hugged me tight ( I could not breath).
Then when the hugging was done I went to Al and said," What you just did wasn't fair. I am so mad at you. I respect Mr. Fred a lot and you took advantage of that!"
"It wasn't my fault. Your mom told me to interpret Mr. Fred's voice. She told that on hearing his voice you will come out from your hiding. I am totally innocent"
I look at my mom and she gave me hers I don't know expression.
" I am so sorry honey. It's just you were missing from yesterday night and I got worried. I had no other choice." My mom said.
" It's okay mom. I can understand and I am sorry too!"
"Ok! At last we found Ali so who's hungry?"my mom said with enthusiasm.
"Ummm... Mom, I need to talk to Ali so can you give us ten minutes. Then we will come for breakfast. It's really important!"
" I understand honey. I guess it time for you to tell her"
Al nodded at her and I was standing there with a confused look on my face. Come on! I am no mind reader, I can't peep into their mind and figure out what they were talking about.
" Can someone tell me what is going around?"
"Honey, Al will tell you everything.
Can you take him to your room?"
I was about to say no but she gave me her puppy face look. Of course I can't take a guy who is suppose to me my twin brother without knowing him. But anyway I agreed.

We went to my room and took Mike with me( don't judge me! I can't take a guy who I hardly know without a trust worthy person or a dog).
He told me sit by the bay window in my room(Bay Window: A very important place. It's the place where I let go of my feelings. If I need to talk to someone on a very important matter then bay window it is). Sitting with him by the bay window reminded me of someone but I could not figure out who? I got a feeling that I was sitting beside someone who is very close to me.Obviously Al is not the one because I know him for like yesterday night only.
"What I am going to say might sound freaky or fake to you but I swear it's the truth.",he told with a serious look on his face.
So I did what first came into my mind, I nodded my head.
He took a deep breath and started," You and me are special children. We are shadow warrior. We have special powers that you might have not discovered yet. But let's start from the beginning, about our relationship. We were born in Ellesmerce."
" I have not heard of this place."
"I know. Because it's no more there. And please don't interrupt, it stops the flow, you will understand everything by the end. Okay?" I nodded.
" Ok fine. So where was I ?... Oh! yay. So we were born in Ellesmerce on Christmas Eve. We have ten minutes difference between each other. You were born to a family called Anderson's and I was born to a family called Cruz. I know, I know. How is this possible that we were born to two different families yet we are twins plus our parents are Raphael's. I will tell you everything. When you were born you mother died that night and your father was very upset and left you in that hospital. You have a real big brother named Brayden Anderson. He was left with your grandpa who too left you in the hospital. And we have never heard of your father or your grandpa and brother. You had nobody. In that same hospital I was born too. My family adopted you and you were the part of Cruz and my dad named you Ali. In the adoption process the doctors came across some information that was not possible. We both had the same DNA but our DNA did not match with our parents. The doctor told it was a rare case and told that we were born as twins but to different parents. My family did not took it seriously and brought you as their real child. We were under the care of Cruz's for three years but then something happened that was never expected. A big tsunami hit Ellesmerce and nobody survived except us. I don't know how we survived the tsunami but I think we were saved by some Big Grumpy Man of whom I have never heard. Anyway, he brought us here and told the Raphael's to take care of us and not to let us out until we were fifteen, and if we find out that we are shadow warrior before we turn fifteen then they must let us go leaving behind the other twin and when the other twin turns fifteen he needs to pick the twin and take with him. So when I was seven I discovered my power and my identity so I had to leave you behind and go. I left on our seven birthday night. I use to receive letters from mom about your behaviour. She wrote that when I left you were very sad as we both were very close to each other and in my absence you used to be very sad and due to the depression you remove me from your live. You made yourself forget me and thus, you don't remember me now. Can you believe this! you have such a strong power that you can remove people from your mind, your life and then they are completely out of your life and you have no memory of them. Anyway, our step parents remove my memory from the house so that you don't deject. And to help you out the bought a dog to help you with your emotions. So now is the day for you to leave this house. I know it might be difficult for you but you need to for our step parents and Mike's safety. "
My jaw drop opened. Every thing started to make sense now. I just couldn't accept the fact that my real father just left me and what about Brayden and my grandpa, are they still alive? Did they survived the tsunami? I had a million questions in my head and I am sure they all will be answered after I leave this place and go with Al.
" I have something for you. I was told to give this when you came to know the truth. " He took out something shiny from his pocket. It was a gold heart pendant. He helped me wear the pendent. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen.
"Open it!"
I opened the heart and there was a picture of a woman in one side and a boy on the other side.
Al said," The women is you real mother and the boy is your real brother."
" I love it. Was my mother's name Sabrina?" I said looking at a sign at the bottom of her picture.
"Yes! She loved painting and so she painted herself and your brother portrait for this pendant so she could give to you."
"Wow!"
" Now you have come to know about our background so now you believe me that I am your twin brother? "
"Ya! Now I think I can trust you. I can now remember some pieces of my memory. I am sorry for my behaviour."
"It's fine. I can understand."he said with a smile.
"What is a shadow warrior you were talking about?"
" Ummmm... ya! You ,me and some other people you will meet soon are shadow warriors.In this huge world there are a lot of shadow warriors group who are strolling in the shadows of the deepest night or are present between you and me as a mortal. If one group meets the other there is going to be shadow blood. But, with some groups we have have a good relationship. So, there are two types of groups one good and evil and obviously we are the good ones. You will get to know more soon. "
" You mean that we are special and for others safe we need to go. So, you mean that I need to leave mom, dad, Mr.Fred and most of all Mike. "
"Yes. I know this might be hard for you but you need to. You can write letters to them and we can even visit when we are around Gantrick."
I could not except the fact that I need to leave Mike and others. I just need some time alone with Mike to understand all this thing.
" Can you give me some time alone with Mike?"
"Yes! Sure. And please pack your bag don't carry much you will be provided with supplies when we reach there. And please carry your phone it's very important and you can carry your laptop too, if you want" he said as he was moving out of the room.
He closed the door and left Mike and me alone.

The picture of this chapter reminded me if them when they were small and they loved to sit by the bay window and have long chats.
Sorry for not updating for a long time, I know I promised that I will publish soon but I had no time to. Again I am sorry for that.
