I really like him! His name is Kai! He's one of my My Hero Academia Ocs! Also that's not how he always looks! He only looks like that when he's crying or really upset! He is a villain but a smol emotional nice one! His quirks are toxic gas/smoke, nightmare and beast! The toxic gas/smoke speaks for itself! He can create toxic gas/smoke from his hands like how Bakugo and Todoroki create fire and ice! When he uses his nightmare one he can give people nightmares but he also gets really bad nightmares himself! Then his beast one he can turn into a black wolf! I hope I explained it well enough! I drew Todoroki! From My Hero Academia! I really like how he turned out! He was fun to draw and color! Todoroki is my favorite character!
