Hes just staring

This doesnt make me feel good

"Hey Mark, can you just quickly go around this floor and check that all the windows and doors are locked" I ask him as i continue to feel uneasy

"Why what's wrong" he questions as worry fille his face scrunching his eyebrows

"Just do it quickly and I'll explain when you're done, I'll be back just sit back down when you're done, I'm checking upstairs" I say quickly as he nods slowly and gets us as I speed walk upstairs

I dont feel good at all

That guy

Is the same guy from the convenience store... it has to be

It's the same clothes, hat, posture

I dont like it at all, I quickly go through each room making sure that the windows are locked and the curtains cover the inside and once I double check I walk downstairs to see mark on the couch

"I double checked them, cause you seemed worried so.." he says

"Okay thank you" I say taking a seat on the couch with him

"So why did you suddenly want to check all the doors and windows" he questions and I take a deep breath

"Someone was staring straight at the house and I saw him when I was looking out the window and I'm pretty sure it was the guy from the convenience store because he had the same clothes and stood the same way aswell and I just felt so uneasy and-" i start ramblings as I get more worried until mark puts his hands on my shoulders

"Hey, calm down okay, we are going to be alright" he says softly and I look up at him

Until the doorbell rings

I jump and my eyes widen

Holy shit hes going to try getting in

I start breathing heavily as I feel more scared and that's when I feel mark wrap his arms around me hugging me

"Its gonna be alright okay?, just stay close to me and stay quiet" he whispers and I nod my head calming down slightly

The doorbell rings again and then is followed by rapid knocking

My heartbeat increases and I start to feel sick

"I know you're in there" the man says from the other side of the door knocking harshly and tears start to well up in my eyes as I start to worry even more

Mark then looks straight at me and grabs my face

"Its going to be alright, just stay silent and keep looking at me okay" he says in a soft whisper as he wipes the tears that have fell from my face and I nod as more fall

"OPEN THE DAMN DOOR GIRL" the man yells and I intake a huge amount of air, and Mark pulls me into him hugging me more saying just to stay quiet
