Cheng dynasty, one of the most powerful dynasty of China. In this dynasty they won many battles and wars. But beyond those success there's a story that was untold… a story that was the reason how they become a legend.
Emperor Ling Xiao, the Great Emperor in this dynasty. He runs the country very well and loves his subject dearly. He doesn't have any concubine and is loyal to the empress. The Gods gave him two sons the Crown Prince Ming Xiao and Prince Moxuan Xiao.
Prince Moxuan Xiao is handsome but a bit silly. He's good in martial arts, kung fu, and swordsmanship. That's why the Emperor sent him on the battlefield so that he will be trained to become more stronger. The Emperor choose General Ning An to train the Prince.
General Ning An is a young and beautiful maiden who use to grow up in the battlefield with the troupe. His father is the old great General Yu An.
The training starts but Prince Moxuan is so stubborn and silly. He often plays tricks with General Ning An and bully her sometimes. They often fight with a single thing and Prince Moxuan enjoys it. He likes seeing her pissed off, because for him… its kinda cute.
Until one day, they realize they have already fallen in love with each other. They didn't agree on anything they fought all the time but despise their differences they were crazy about each other.
An unexpected scene happened one silent night. And when it's already dawn… dead bodies of some armies lied in front of the house of General Yu An.
The Emperor heard the news and called the Northern troupes that was leaded by General Yu An's daughter, General Ning. She became furious and volunteered to attack the Tatar King Kumma in order to protect her family. (Since no one would dare to do that to the General, except to the Tartar King) General Yu An is already weak and old. He can't protect them anymore.
Prince Moxuan decided to go with her and fight with her. "This love is like playing chess… the King is always afraid of losing his Queen" He said and hugged her.
"Chess game huh? Then the queen will always protect the King" She said and hug him back.
The night passes quickly and after dawn, General Ning An gathered her troupe. She ride her horse in front, leading them while at her right side is Prince Moxuan. They attack the Tatars and fight for their country.
The war have been awaken. The dust and fire have been seen everywhere. The blood of people who use to fight for their love ones have been seen in the ground… dead bodies are scattered and some of her troupes give up… while some are keep fighting.
In the war, General Ning An and Prince Moxuan Xiao help and protect each other. Until they reach the place where the Tartar King Kumma is.
They fight with their swords and use their hidden skills. They have been wounded but still won't give up.
'Til the Tartar King hit the prince chest with his swords. General Ning saw everything… she became furious and her fury cause her to be more strong. She killed the Tartar King showing no mercy. She stab him again and again. The Tartar's saw their king have been killed so they give up and ran.
"Ning... Ning An... E... Enough" He said trying to endure the pain.
She ran towards him and embrace him. Countless tears fall from her eyes.
